Asunción, Agencia IP.- The National Animal Health and Quality Service (Senacsa) reported the first shipment of frozen kosher beef to the United States. Frigomerc S.A. sent a total of 24,000 kg.

In December 2023, Paraguay made its first shipment of meat containers to the United States in 25 years.
Regarding kosher foods, these are suitable for consumption according to Jewish law. Paraguay has been exporting frozen kosher meat to the Israeli market since 2019, with Israel being one of the leading destinations for Paraguayan beef.
