More than martial arts, sport of knowledge and development
Originally, martial arts were practised as a knowledge of physical and spiritual development by the Buddhist monks in monasteries. The Tong-IL Moo-Do “is the way towards unifying martial arts”. A new form of martial arts is created, combining and improving the ancient martial arts, both in self-defence techniques and reviving the emphasis on the spiritual dimension of Martial Arts.
“Tong-Il Moo-Do is a knowledge practice of self-defence against all kinds of attacks. It is also an effective instrument to teach discipline and self-control to young people and to eliminate many problems we are currently having as a society”, stated Carlos Nuñez, President of the Paraguayan Federation, during an interview.
