Asunción, Agencia IP.– Paraguay exported over 235,000 tons of beef from January to September of this year, according to the National Service of Animal Quality and Health (Senacsa, by its acronym in Spanish).
During the first nine months of 2023, beef exports registered a movement of 235.259.430,27 kilograms of the product, for a value of USD 1.121.568.445,40, according to Senacsa.
The report also details that bovine offal was exported a total of 45.875.519,96 kilos of USD 71.993.293,79.
Finally, Senacsa reports that between January and August of this year, the main markets of beef export were Chile with over 92.876.034,31 kilos; Republic of China (Taiwan) with 30.566.659,35 kilos; Brazil with 22.017.123,08 kilos; Russia with 22.500.100,16 kilos; Israel with 9.593.212,78 kilos and Vietnam with 6.733.536,31.
