Asunción, Agencia IP.- The Senator’s Chamber declared the XIV Juniors World Padel Championships Paraguay 2023 as a sports event of national interest.
Likewise, it supports the championship that will be initiated this coming Sunday, with the participation of over 300 duos of young athletes from different parts of the world.
The disposition states that «it is one of the largest and most important sporting events on the sports calendar in the current season for our country.»
Paraguay is getting ready to receive representatives from seventeen nations worldwide, with over 600 competitors participating in the Open and World Cup duels at the SND Arena of the National Sports Secretariat (SND, by its acronym in Spanish) and the La Quinta Sports Complex.
The Paraguayan selection will seek to ratify its status as the current world champion, this time at home and with its people’s support in sporting venues.
The Juniors World Padel Championships will be initiated this coming Sunday at 08:00 p.m. at the Polideportivo Menor of the SND, extending until November 18. Entries will be free of charge.
