Paraguay got six medals at the Tong-Il Moo-Do International Open

Asunción, Agencia IP.- In a remarkable display of martial arts prowess, Paraguay’s delegation participating in the international Tong-Il Moo-Do competition in Kenya has clinched six medals, including two gold, two silver, and two bronze.

Master Germán Nuñez claimed the gold in the Forms category, showcasing exceptional skill and technique. Added to the triumph, the delegation secured another gold in the Team Forms category.

Débora Vera contributed to Paraguay’s success by earning two silver medals, one in the Forms and Female Combat categories. Ailín Valiente excelled by securing two bronze medals in the Forms and Individual Female Combat categories.

Tong-Il Moo-Do, a martial arts discipline with its federation in Paraguay, is an integral part of the National Sports Schools under the National Sports Secretariat (SND). The discipline currently boasts 350 registered practitioners actively involved in high-performance programs, further highlighting its growing popularity and success within the country. The achievement in the international arena underscores Paraguay’s commitment to excellence in martial arts.
