On the occasion, they discussed the historic bilateral relations. «I expressed my sincere wishes for success in this new stage at the head of the Government,» said the Paraguayan President.

On the occasion, the Paraguayan President also gave his future colleague the 60-list Poncho Para’i, one of the most representative symbols of Paraguayan culture, which was recognized this Tuesday as an Intangible Cultural Heritage by the United Nations Organization for Education, Science, and Culture (UNESCO).
