Santiago Peña presents Paraguay’s competitive advantages to Chilean businesses

Asunción, Agencia IP.- During his official agenda in Chile, the President of the Republic, Santiago Peña, exposed to Chilean business persons Paraguay’s competitive advantages, aiming to «generate new opportunities of development to all Paraguayans.»

This morning, the President presented the Manufacturing Development Society (Sofofa) members with Paraguay’s competitive advantages in economic matters.

«We are working to generate new development opportunities for all Paraguayans,» informed Peña through her X official account.

During the presentation, Peña provided details about fiscal policy, macroeconomic numbers, and opportunities for foreign investment.

Likewise, he affirmed that Paraguay had been characterized by its economic solidity in financial, monetary, and fiscal matters for the last years.

Sofofa is a non-profit union federation that brings together companies and unions linked to the Chilean industrial sector. It gathers around 4.000 enterprises, 47 sectoral associations, and 22 regional business unions.

This morning, the Head of State met with Eduardo Chadwick, a successful Chilean businessman who exchanged ideas for future projects to strengthen commercial ties between both countries.
