{"id":105159,"date":"2016-06-27T12:15:18","date_gmt":"2016-06-27T16:15:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/desarrollo.ip.gov.py\/ip\/?p=105159"},"modified":"2016-06-27T12:15:18","modified_gmt":"2016-06-27T16:15:18","slug":"senado-interpelara-este-martes-al-presidente-del-indert","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/2016\/06\/27\/senado-interpelara-este-martes-al-presidente-del-indert\/","title":{"rendered":"Senado interpelar\u00e1 este martes al presidente del Indert"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>Asunci\u00f3n IP.-<\/strong> <\/em>La Presidencia del Senado convoc\u00f3 este martes 28 de junio, a las 15:00, a una sesi\u00f3n extraordinaria para interpelar al presidente del Instituto Nacional de Desarrollo Rural (Indert), Justo Pastor C\u00e1rdenas, con relaci\u00f3n a la construcci\u00f3n de sistemas de agua potable en varias colonias campesinas<em>.<\/em><br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">C\u00e1rdenas deber\u00e1 responder un cuestionario de 10 preguntas como: cu\u00e1les son los objetivos del Fondo de Inversiones Rurales (Fides), dependiente del ente rural, y los recursos con que cuenta el organismo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se consulta adem\u00e1s acerca de cu\u00e1ntas colonias habilitadas por el Indert poseen agua potable en el territorio nacional actualmente, y el procedimiento legal-administrativo realizado por la instituci\u00f3n para la adjudicaci\u00f3n a las empresas constructoras de pozos de abastecimiento de agua potable.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Igualmente se pregunta sobre la cantidad de pozos construidos para la provisi\u00f3n de agua potable, en qu\u00e9 localidades, as\u00ed como el costo de cada construcci\u00f3n y empresas adjudicadas, en el periodo comprendido de los a\u00f1os 2015-2016, entre otros, seg\u00fan informa prensa del Senado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una vez respondidas las 10 consultas, los legisladores podr\u00e1n efectuar preguntas adicionales vinculadas al tema.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Posteriormente, el interpelado tiene derecho a presentar todas las manifestaciones que considere necesarias, en un plazo m\u00e1ximo de 30 minutos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Moci\u00f3n de censura<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La C\u00e1mara Alta dispone de un plazo m\u00e1ximo de 20 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles para presentar moci\u00f3n de censura hacia el interpelado, para lo cual se requiere la firma de un m\u00ednimo de un cuarto de los integrantes de ese cuerpo legislativo.
