(PDVSA) ante la sede en Paris de la C\u00e1mara de Comercio Internacional (CCI).<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la misma, PDVSA solicita el inicio de un procedimiento arbitral e\u00adn donde reclama la suma de USD 265.000.000 por provisiones de combustibles impagas, en base a lo establecido en el Contrato de refinanciamiento de deuda firmado por Petropar y PDVSA, as\u00ed como su respectiva adenda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En cuanto a los intereses, el documento menciona el reclamo de los intereses de acuerdo a lo establecido en la adenda al contrato de refinanciamiento, es decir, al 2%.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por medio de la notificaci\u00f3n mencionada, la CCI solicita a Petropar que presente su respuesta a la solicitud de arbitraje, as\u00ed como el nombramiento de uno de los co-\u00e1rbitros que dirigir\u00e1 el proceso arbitral, dentro de los 30 d\u00edas de recibida la comunicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una vez constituido el Tribunal Arbitral, Petropar, mediante los abogados designados, presentar\u00e1 sus argumentos de defensa usando como base lo pactado en el acuerdo de Caracas firmado por la Rep\u00fablica del Paraguay y la Rep\u00fablica Bolivariana de Venezuela.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Asunci\u00f3n, IP.- Este mi\u00e9rcoles 20 de julio, Petr\u00f3leos Paraguayos (Petropar) fue notificada de una solicitud de arbitraje presentada por Petr\u00f3leos de Venezuela S.A.
