{"id":136300,"date":"2016-12-27T14:38:00","date_gmt":"2016-12-27T17:38:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/desarrollo.ip.gov.py\/ip\/?p=136300"},"modified":"2016-12-27T14:39:17","modified_gmt":"2016-12-27T17:39:17","slug":"ejecutivo-decreta-sesion-extraordinaria-del-congreso-para-tratar-pgn-2017","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/2016\/12\/27\/ejecutivo-decreta-sesion-extraordinaria-del-congreso-para-tratar-pgn-2017\/","title":{"rendered":"Ejecutivo convoca por decreto a sesi\u00f3n extra del Congreso para tratar PGN 2017"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>Asunci\u00f3n, IP.-<\/em><\/strong> El presidente Horacio Cartes firm\u00f3 este martes el decreto por el cual se convoca a sesi\u00f3n extraordinaria a ambas c\u00e1maras del Congreso Nacional para tratar el decreto del 26 de diciembre por el cual el Poder Ejecutivo ejerce el veto al Presupuesto General de la Naci\u00f3n (PGN) para el a\u00f1o 2017.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El decreto N\u00ba 6574 va dirigido a la Comisi\u00f3n Permanente del Congreso Nacional, para que \u00e9sta convoque a la C\u00e1mara de Diputados, en primer t\u00e9rmino, y posteriormente a la C\u00e1mara de Senadores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las sesiones extraordinarias ser\u00e1n para tratar el PGN para el ejercicio fiscal 2017, luego de que el Poder Ejecutivo vetara el proyecto de ley el pasado lunes, debido a \u00a0las modificaciones hechas en el Poder Legislativo al proyecto de ley original enviado por el Ejecutivo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La decisi\u00f3n de vetar fue informada por el Ministro de Hacienda, Santiago Pe\u00f1a, durante conferencia de prensa donde solicit\u00f3 la sesi\u00f3n extraordinaria para que el tema se trate antes del 1 de enero.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Comisi\u00f3n Permanente del Congreso se reuni\u00f3 este martes y no obtuvo los 12 votos necesarios para convocar a sesi\u00f3n extraordinaria de ambas c\u00e1maras legislativas, de manera a que \u00e9stas traten el veto del Poder Ejecutivo al Proyecto de Ley de Presupuesto General de la Naci\u00f3n para el ejercicio fiscal 2017.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n Permanente, Ariel Oviedo, manifest\u00f3 que una vez que reciban el decreto presidencial, existe un plazo para la convocatoria de 48 horas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Asunci\u00f3n, IP.- El presidente Horacio Cartes firm\u00f3 este martes el decreto por el cual se convoca a sesi\u00f3n extraordinaria a ambas c\u00e1maras del Congreso Nacional para tratar el decreto del 26 de diciembre por el cual el Poder Ejecutivo ejerce el veto al Presupuesto General de la Naci\u00f3n (PGN) para el a\u00f1o 2017.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":22,"featured_media":135526,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[6],"tags":[],"class_list":{"0":"post-136300","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-politica"},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
