{"id":147041,"date":"2017-03-01T20:56:02","date_gmt":"2017-03-01T23:56:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/desarrollo.ip.gov.py\/ip\/?p=147041"},"modified":"2017-03-01T20:56:50","modified_gmt":"2017-03-01T23:56:50","slug":"autoridades-del-paraguay-y-japon-dieron-seguimiento-a-temas-de-agenda-bilateral","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/2017\/03\/01\/autoridades-del-paraguay-y-japon-dieron-seguimiento-a-temas-de-agenda-bilateral\/","title":{"rendered":"Autoridades de Paraguay y Jap\u00f3n dieron seguimiento a temas de agenda bilateral"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>Asunci\u00f3n, IP.- <\/em><\/strong>El encargado de despacho del viceministro de Relaciones Exteriores (MRE) y director de Pol\u00edtica Bilateral, Luis Avalos, se reuni\u00f3 este mi\u00e9rcoles con el embajador de Jap\u00f3n, Yoshihisa Ueda, a fin de pasar revista y dar seguimiento a los puntos acordados durante la visita del ministro Loizaga al Jap\u00f3n el a\u00f1o pasado.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el encuentro se estudiaron en particular dos temas: uno es \u00a0la donaci\u00f3n de una draga para hidrov\u00eda por parte de Jap\u00f3n, que probablemente se concrete este a\u00f1o, declar\u00f3 Avalos luego del encuentro.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por otro lado, se acord\u00f3 una visita m\u00e1s la Agencia de Cooperaci\u00f3n Internacional del Jap\u00f3n (JICA) al Paraguay, con la \u00faltima misi\u00f3n en abril, y que luego se tomar\u00e1 la decisi\u00f3n durante el a\u00f1o para ampliar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Entre otros temas de la agenda bilateral, resaltan la supresi\u00f3n de visas en pasaportes oficiales y diplom\u00e1ticos, el apoyo de candidaturas para organismos internacionales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el caso de Paraguay, el pa\u00eds cuenta con aspiraciones para el Tribunal Internacional del Mar, en el que el actual viceministro Oscar Cabello Sarubbi es candidato para ocupar un cargo de juez. Tambi\u00e9n se encuentra la candidatura paraguaya al Consejo de Derechos Humanos para el periodo 2020-2023, y la candidatura para el Consejo Econ\u00f3mico y Social\u00a0 de las Naciones Unidas (ECOSOC)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En cuanto al apoyo por parte del Paraguay, Avalos se\u00f1al\u00f3 que Paraguay dio su respaldo el a\u00f1o pasado para la reelecci\u00f3n de Yukiya Amano al cargo de Director General del Organismo Internacional de Energ\u00eda At\u00f3mica. \u201cHay en perspectiva un endoso mutuo para los mismos cargos.
