{"id":148202,"date":"2017-03-07T21:02:19","date_gmt":"2017-03-08T00:02:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/desarrollo.ip.gov.py\/ip\/?p=148202"},"modified":"2017-03-07T21:02:19","modified_gmt":"2017-03-08T00:02:19","slug":"presidente-aprueba-desarrollo-de-polo-turistico-en-ciudad-del-este","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/2017\/03\/07\/presidente-aprueba-desarrollo-de-polo-turistico-en-ciudad-del-este\/","title":{"rendered":"Presidente aprueba desarrollo de polo tur\u00edstico en Ciudad del Este"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>Asunci\u00f3n, IP.-<\/strong><\/em> Mediante decreto presidencial N\u00ba 6.865 queda aprobado el Proyecto Tur\u00edstico y de Inversiones en el inmueble de la Administraci\u00f3n Nacional de Navegaci\u00f3n y Puertos (ANNP) de Ciudad del Este, departamento de Alto Paran\u00e1.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El proyecto de desarrollo del inmueble fue elaborado en el decreto N\u00ba 6.131\/2016 donde se establece un convenio institucional para reactivaci\u00f3n del lugar individualizado como finca N\u00ba 851, actualmente en desuso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las instituciones que participar\u00e1n del proyecto son el Ministerio de Industria y Comercio (MIC), \u00a0la Secretar\u00eda Nacional de Turismo (Senatur), la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Juegos de Azar (Conajzar), la Procuradur\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica y la ANNP.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asesor\u00eda Jur\u00eddica se\u00f1ala que igualmente se ha aprobado la licitaci\u00f3n convocada por la Conajzar para la explotaci\u00f3n de un casino y la construcci\u00f3n de un hotel en el mencionado terreno.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El presente decreto establece el desarrollo de un polo tur\u00edstico y de inversiones \u201cque promueva la imagen de Ciudad del Este y del pa\u00eds, en un punto estrat\u00e9gico\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El proyecto tiene el objetivo de reconvertir la ciudad, modernizar su imagen promoviendo la inversi\u00f3n y el turismo para hacer de dicho lugar un \u201cpolo de desarrollo y nuevas oportunidades de inversi\u00f3n y empleo\u201d, se\u00f1ala el documento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las oportunidades de empleo ser\u00e1n tanto para la construcci\u00f3n como en la posterior operaci\u00f3n de la industria hotelera y tur\u00edstica a ser instaladas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Asunci\u00f3n, IP.- Mediante decreto presidencial N\u00ba 6.865 queda aprobado el Proyecto Tur\u00edstico y de Inversiones en el inmueble de la Administraci\u00f3n Nacional de Navegaci\u00f3n y Puertos (ANNP) de Ciudad del Este, departamento de Alto Paran\u00e1.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":22,"featured_media":135526,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[6],"tags":[],"class_list":{"0":"post-148202","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-politica"},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
