{"id":154378,"date":"2017-04-06T12:12:17","date_gmt":"2017-04-06T16:12:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/desarrollo.ip.gov.py\/ip\/?p=154378"},"modified":"2017-04-07T08:56:01","modified_gmt":"2017-04-07T12:56:01","slug":"practica-diaria-de-la-actividad-fisica-clave-para-prevenir-enfermedades","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/2017\/04\/06\/practica-diaria-de-la-actividad-fisica-clave-para-prevenir-enfermedades\/","title":{"rendered":"Pr\u00e1ctica diaria de la actividad f\u00edsica, clave para prevenir enfermedades"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>Asunci\u00f3n, IP.-<\/strong> <\/em>\u00a0Este jueves 6 de abril se conmemora el D\u00eda Mundial de actividad f\u00edsica, jornada que busca generar conciencia sobre la importancia de realizar 30 minutos de actividad f\u00edsica todos los d\u00edas, elemento para mantener la salud y el bienestar.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En ese sentido, en la ma\u00f1ana de hoy jueves, funcionarios de la cartera sanitaria realizaron entrenamiento funcional y zumba, \u201cya que el ejemplo tiene que comenzar desde la propia instituci\u00f3n para poder extenderlo a toda la poblaci\u00f3n\u201d, explic\u00f3 el jefe de la Unidad de Promoci\u00f3n de la Actividad F\u00edsica del Ministerio de Salud, Eduardo Enciso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sobre el punto mencion\u00f3 que \u201csi hacemos actividad f\u00edsica todos los d\u00edas por 30 minutos podemos evitar varias enfermedades como la diabetes, enfermedades cardiovasculares, c\u00e1ncer, enfermedades respiratorias y la obesidad, que tiene una alta prevalencia en Paraguay\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-154398 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/DIA-DE-LA-ACTIVIDAD-FISICA-16-600x425.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"315\" height=\"223\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/DIA-DE-LA-ACTIVIDAD-FISICA-16-600x425.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/DIA-DE-LA-ACTIVIDAD-FISICA-16-768x545.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/DIA-DE-LA-ACTIVIDAD-FISICA-16-100x70.jpg 100w, https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/DIA-DE-LA-ACTIVIDAD-FISICA-16-696x493.jpg 696w, https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/DIA-DE-LA-ACTIVIDAD-FISICA-16-592x420.jpg 592w, https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/DIA-DE-LA-ACTIVIDAD-FISICA-16.jpg 1000w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 315px) 100vw, 315px\" \/>La Primera Encuesta Nacional de Factores de Riesgo de Enfermedades No Transmisibles, revel\u00f3 una prevalencia de sobrepeso y obesidad del 57,6 por ciento en el grupo de adultos y cerca del 30 por ciento en ni\u00f1os y adolescentes, por lo que Paraguay cuenta con un porcentaje similar existente en otros pa\u00edses latinoamericanos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s de la actividad f\u00edsica por 30 minutos, el profesional de Salud P\u00fablica recomend\u00f3 comer saludable, incluir m\u00e1s frutas y verduras en la alimentaci\u00f3n diaria y disminuir el consumo de sal.
