Para cada celebraci\u00f3n anual, se elige un tema que pone de relieve una esfera de inter\u00e9s prioritario para la OMS.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el 2017, el tema elegido es la depresi\u00f3n, bajo el lema \u201cDepresi\u00f3n, hablemos\u201d, enfermedad que afecta a personas de todas las edades y condiciones sociales de todos los pa\u00edses.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esta provoca angustia mental y afecta a la capacidad de las personas para llevar a cabo incluso las tareas cotidianas m\u00e1s simples, lo que tiene en ocasiones efectos nefastos sobre las relaciones con la familia y los amigos y sobre la capacidad de ganarse la vida.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el peor de los casos, la depresi\u00f3n puede provocar el suicidio, que actualmente es la segunda causa de muerte entre las personas de 15 a 29 a\u00f1os de edad, se\u00f1ala el informe de prensa del Ministerio de Salud.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No obstante, la depresi\u00f3n se puede prevenir y tratar.
