Las precipitaciones han superando el total de la tormenta tropical Amelia, el cual dej\u00f3 48 pulgadas (1 metro 21 cent\u00edmetros de precipitaci\u00f3n) sobre la comunidad de Medina, Texas, en 1978, seg\u00fan la Administraci\u00f3n Nacional Oce\u00e1nica y Atmosf\u00e9rica (NOAA) de Estados Unidos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las inundaciones provocadas por Harvey est\u00e1n siendo consideradas tambi\u00e9n como las peores registradas en la historia del pa\u00eds.
