{"id":190618,"date":"2017-10-20T07:44:52","date_gmt":"2017-10-20T10:44:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/desarrollo.ip.gov.py\/ip\/?p=190618"},"modified":"2017-10-20T07:44:52","modified_gmt":"2017-10-20T10:44:52","slug":"capacitan-a-funcionarios-de-la-snna-para-elaborar-productos-derivados-de-la-soja","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/2017\/10\/20\/capacitan-a-funcionarios-de-la-snna-para-elaborar-productos-derivados-de-la-soja\/","title":{"rendered":"Capacitan a funcionarios de SNNA para elaborar productos derivados de soja"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>Asunci\u00f3n, IP.-<\/strong> <\/em>La Secretar\u00eda Nacional de la Ni\u00f1ez y la Adolescencia (SNNA) inform\u00f3 que 10 funcionarios que vienen desarrollando actividades dentro del Programa Abrazo, participaron de una jornada de capacitaci\u00f3n sobre la elaboraci\u00f3n de alimentos a base de soja, a fin de implementar esos conocimientos en beneficio de los ni\u00f1os.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s de adquirir conocimientos para cocinar alimentos para los ni\u00f1os, ni\u00f1as y adolescentes involucrados en el Programa Abrazos, los funcionarios\u00a0aprendieron sobre el correcto uso de la m\u00e1quina utilizada para procesar el grano de la soja conocido como \u201cvaca mec\u00e1nica\u201d mediante la cual se obtiene la leche y el bagazo (residuo fibroso que se logra con la trituraci\u00f3n del mismo).<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_190624\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-190624\" style=\"width: 201px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-190624\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/funcionarios-snna-soja-1-450x600.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"201\" height=\"268\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/funcionarios-snna-soja-1-450x600.jpg 450w, https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/funcionarios-snna-soja-1-315x420.jpg 315w, https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/funcionarios-snna-soja-1.jpg 681w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 201px) 100vw, 201px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-190624\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Foto: SNNA<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El bagazo es utilizado para preparar alimentos que podr\u00edan sustituir a la carne, la elaboraci\u00f3n de pan u otro tipo de masas y\/o alimentos ricos en nutrientes. Durante el taller, los participantes prepararon leche, jugo, pan, caf\u00e9 y bocaditos con ingredientes de soja.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esta iniciativa fue realizada por la SNNA en articulaci\u00f3n con la comisi\u00f3n de apoyo para la salud Los \u00c1ngeles Paraguay China, de Ciudad del Este. En total fueron capacitados 10 funcionarios del Programa; adem\u00e1s de retirar un procesador de soja para los Centros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cabe destacar que los conocimientos adquiridos por los profesionales ser\u00e1n aplicados en los Centros de la zona donde acuden gran cantidad de ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes beneficiarios.
