{"id":201187,"date":"2017-12-26T07:48:58","date_gmt":"2017-12-26T10:48:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/?p=201187"},"modified":"2017-12-26T08:51:22","modified_gmt":"2017-12-26T11:51:22","slug":"inversion-en-salud-y-educacion-suma-g-91-billones-a-noviembre-de-2017","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/2017\/12\/26\/inversion-en-salud-y-educacion-suma-g-91-billones-a-noviembre-de-2017\/","title":{"rendered":"Inversi\u00f3n en salud y educaci\u00f3n suma G. 9,1 billones al cierre de noviembre"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>Asunci\u00f3n, IP.-\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>Los sectores de salud y educaci\u00f3n se realizaron inversiones superiores al a\u00f1o pasado, totalizando un monto de 9,1 billones de guaran\u00edes, lo que representa el 54 por ciento de lo destinado al \u00e1rea social, seg\u00fan inform\u00f3 el Ministerio de Hacienda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De los 16,8 billones de guaran\u00edes (USD 2.972 millones) invertidos de enero a noviembre de 2017 en el \u00e1rea social, el 33% correspondieron a educaci\u00f3n, el 26% a promoci\u00f3n y acci\u00f3n social y el 21% a salud. Los fondos son ejecutados por los organismos de la Administraci\u00f3n Central, n\u00fameros que figuran en el art\u00edculo publicado por el Ministerio de Hacienda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El total destinado a Inversi\u00f3n Social es 9,2% superior al monto registrado en el mismo periodo del 2016, y 16,8% mayor a la suma correspondiente a enero-noviembre de 2015, de acuerdo con el informe de la Direcci\u00f3n General de Presupuesto (DGP), dependiente de la Subsecretar\u00eda de Administraci\u00f3n Financiera del Ministerio de Hacienda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el sector de Educaci\u00f3n se invirtieron G. 5,6 billones, que representa un incremento del 7,1% comparado con el monto de enero a noviembre de 2016. Cabe de destacar que el 40% de la inversi\u00f3n en este sector correspondi\u00f3 a los programas de Educaci\u00f3n Inicial y Escolar B\u00e1sica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La inversi\u00f3n en el sector de Salud fue de G. 3,5 billones, con un crecimiento del 3% que signific\u00f3 G. 107 mil millones de recursos adicionales con relaci\u00f3n al mismo periodo del 2016. Los programas de las 18 regiones sanitarias del pa\u00eds sumados con el programa de Atenci\u00f3n Primaria de la Salud (Medicina Familiar) absorbieron el 21,3% de dicho total.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En esta \u00e1rea, un total de G. 78 mil millones fue canalizado tambi\u00e9n a los programas desarrollados para facilitar el acceso de la poblaci\u00f3n a los servicios de abastecimiento de agua potable y saneamiento ambiental.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En Promoci\u00f3n y Acci\u00f3n Social fueron invertidos G. 4,3 billones. En este sector se destaca el Programa de Pensi\u00f3n a Adultos Mayores que al t\u00e9rmino del periodo analizado demand\u00f3 G. 847 mil millones para m\u00e1s de 200.000 beneficiarios.
