Asunci\u00f3n, IP.-<\/strong><\/em> La Facultad de Arquitectura, Dise\u00f1o y Arte de la Universidad Nacional de Asuncion, el Conacyt y la organizaci\u00f3n Cultura y Participaci\u00f3n Para el Cambio Social, presentaron la investigaci\u00f3n \u201cGesti\u00f3n urbana participativa en la ciudad de Asunci\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n

El trabajo investigativo revis\u00f3 planes sociales y de ordenamiento territorial de la \u00a0ciudad, y observ\u00f3 las implicancias socioecon\u00f3micas y f\u00edsico-ambientales que estos han generado.<\/p>\n

La presentaci\u00f3n se realiz\u00f3 en el aula magna de la FADA, en el campus de San Lorenzo y participaron representantes del sector municipal, de organizaciones vecinales y de intereses sectoriales, y personas colaboradoras del proyecto.<\/p>\n

El informe destaca que la implementaci\u00f3n, los cambios o el proceso de elaboraci\u00f3n de los instrumentos y normas de Gesti\u00f3n Urbana, que orientan o direccionan el crecimiento de la ciudad, han sido generadores de frecuentes conflictos en Asunci\u00f3n, tal como se ha podido ver en los reportes de diversos medios de prensa.<\/p>\n

Correspondientemente, en diversos sectores, de la ciudad los pobladores han encontrado tambi\u00e9n, distintas formas de expresar su sentir en relaci\u00f3n a dichos cambios sin hallar los cauces efectivos para plasmar su posici\u00f3n en los planes y\/o normas que orientan el crecimiento de la ciudad.<\/p>\n

La investigaci\u00f3n se\u00f1ala finalmente que existen dificultades institucionales para la implementaci\u00f3n de los planes y para la relaci\u00f3n interinstitucional para la gesti\u00f3n urbana. Igualmente se\u00f1ala las dificultades con que se encuentra la ciudadan\u00eda para desarrollar procesos participativos efectivos en relaci\u00f3n con la elaboraci\u00f3n de los instrumentos de planificaci\u00f3n y normativos, que orienten la administraci\u00f3n de la ciudad capital.<\/p>\n
