{"id":228489,"date":"2018-07-10T19:31:08","date_gmt":"2018-07-10T23:31:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/?p=228489"},"modified":"2018-07-10T19:32:40","modified_gmt":"2018-07-10T23:32:40","slug":"presentan-informe-sobre-implementacion-de-objetivos-de-desarrollo-2030","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/2018\/07\/10\/presentan-informe-sobre-implementacion-de-objetivos-de-desarrollo-2030\/","title":{"rendered":"Presentan informe sobre implementaci\u00f3n de Objetivos de Desarrollo 2030"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>Asunci\u00f3n, IP.- <\/em><\/strong>El Gobierno Nacional present\u00f3 este martes el \u201cInforme Nacional Voluntario sobre la Implementaci\u00f3n de la Agenda 2030 para el Desarrollo Sostenible\u201d, un documento que re\u00fane los avances y normativas del compromiso asumido por el Paraguay con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible para el a\u00f1o 2030 (ODS), establecidos por la ONU.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los ODS, mejor conocidos como la Agenda 2030, comprenden 17 objetivos y 169 metas que la ONU propuso a los pa\u00edses miembros para alcanzar en el a\u00f1o 2030. Unos 192 pa\u00edses, Paraguay incluido, suscribieron el compromiso en setiembre de 2015.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0A partir de all\u00ed, el Paraguay inici\u00f3 el camino para hacer realidad los objetivos. En primer lugar se aline\u00f3 la Agenda 2030 con los objetivos del Plan Nacional de Desarrollo 2030, presentado por la Secretar\u00eda T\u00e9cnica de Planificaci\u00f3n en el 2014.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Comisi\u00f3n ODS Paraguay<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el 2016 se dio la creaci\u00f3n de una comisi\u00f3n interinstitucional para el seguimiento y monitoreo de los compromisos asumidos por el pa\u00eds y las pol\u00edticas necesarias para la implementaci\u00f3n de los objetivos para el crecimiento inclusivo y la erradicaci\u00f3n de la pobreza.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esta comisi\u00f3n est\u00e1 integrada por el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores (MRE), el Ministerio de Hacienda, la STP y el Gabinete Social de la Presidencia de la Rep\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A trav\u00e9s de la comisi\u00f3n se han llevado cabo la apropiaci\u00f3n de la Agenda en las pol\u00edticas institucionales y el establecimiento de alianzas estrat\u00e9gicas con el sector privado y la sociedad civil para mejorar el cumplimiento de las metas para el a\u00f1o 2030.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_136559\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-136559\" style=\"width: 396px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-136559\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/onu-objetivos-desarrollo-sostenible-2030-600x464.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"396\" height=\"306\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/onu-objetivos-desarrollo-sostenible-2030-600x464.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/onu-objetivos-desarrollo-sostenible-2030-768x593.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/onu-objetivos-desarrollo-sostenible-2030-1024x791.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/onu-objetivos-desarrollo-sostenible-2030-696x538.jpg 696w, https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/onu-objetivos-desarrollo-sostenible-2030-1068x825.jpg 1068w, https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/onu-objetivos-desarrollo-sostenible-2030-544x420.jpg 544w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 396px) 100vw, 396px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-136559\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible 2030 de la ONU.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El informe fue presentado por el canciller Eladio Loizaga, el representante del del Programa de las Naciones Unidas para el Desarrollo (PNUD), Alfonso Fern\u00e1ndez y el coordinador de la Comisi\u00f3n ODS Paraguay, Ra\u00fal Montiel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El acto cont\u00f3 con la presencia de la vicepresidenta Alicia Pucheta, la ministra de la Senavitat, Soledad N\u00fa\u00f1ez y el director paraguayo de la Itaipu Binacional, James Spalding.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Desaf\u00edos<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El informe recoge los desaf\u00edos pendientes para continuar con la implementaci\u00f3n de la Agenda 2030. Entre ellos se encuentra la continuaci\u00f3n del alineamiento del Plan Nacional de Desarrollo con los ODS de la ONU, para una mayor correspondencia para validar al plan nacional y una mejor evaluaci\u00f3n de lo realizado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Otros de los desaf\u00edos es fortalecer el nivel de apropiaci\u00f3n del sector privado y la sociedad civil en los objetivos de desarrollo social y crecimiento econ\u00f3mico inclusivo, promoviendo instancias de consulta y participaci\u00f3n, y difundir activamente las metas y objetivos de esta Agenda mundial y su importancia para el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Firma de convenio con Itaipu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En acto de este martes tuvo lugar adem\u00e1s la firma de una alianza estrat\u00e9gica entre el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores y la Itaipu Binacional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El convenio tiene por objeto establecer las condiciones de cooperaci\u00f3n entre las Partes, para el intercambio de informaciones y documentos, asesoramiento t\u00e9cnico y fortalecimiento de la Comisi\u00f3n ODS Paraguay.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Asunci\u00f3n, IP.- El Gobierno Nacional present\u00f3 este martes el \u201cInforme Nacional Voluntario sobre la Implementaci\u00f3n de la Agenda 2030 para el Desarrollo Sostenible\u201d, un documento que re\u00fane los avances y normativas del compromiso asumido por el Paraguay con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible para el a\u00f1o 2030 (ODS), establecidos por la ONU.
