{"id":239572,"date":"2018-09-17T18:42:21","date_gmt":"2018-09-17T22:42:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/?p=239572"},"modified":"2018-09-17T18:42:21","modified_gmt":"2018-09-17T22:42:21","slug":"justicia-argentina-acusa-formalmente-a-expresidenta-cristina-fernandez","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/2018\/09\/17\/justicia-argentina-acusa-formalmente-a-expresidenta-cristina-fernandez\/","title":{"rendered":"Justicia argentina acusa formalmente a expresidenta Cristina Fern\u00e1ndez"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>Buenos Aires.- <\/strong><\/em>La Justicia de Argentina acus\u00f3 formalmente el lunes a la expresidenta Cristina Fern\u00e1ndez de Kirchner de formar parte de una asociaci\u00f3n il\u00edcita que recib\u00eda sobornos de empresarios y solicit\u00f3 su detenci\u00f3n, aunque su inmunidad parlamentaria impedir\u00eda que vaya a prisi\u00f3n.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Justicia busca determinar si Fern\u00e1ndez, actualmente senadora, lider\u00f3 una amplia red de corrupci\u00f3n que involucr\u00f3 a pol\u00edticos y empresarios durante sus dos gestiones presidenciales (2007-2015), que siguieron a la de su difunto marido, N\u00e9stor Kirchner (2003-2007).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El esc\u00e1ndalo estall\u00f3 en agosto por las copias de cuadernos con anotaciones que llevaba el chofer de un exfuncionario, en los que detallaba supuestos pagos que empresas de la construcci\u00f3n realizaban para ser favorecidas en contratos con el Estado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El juez federal Claudio Bonadio pidi\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n el desafuero de Fern\u00e1ndez, lo que parece poco probable que sea convalidado por la C\u00e1mara alta.
