{"id":263614,"date":"2019-03-14T15:35:45","date_gmt":"2019-03-14T18:35:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/?p=263614"},"modified":"2019-03-14T15:35:45","modified_gmt":"2019-03-14T18:35:45","slug":"ministro-detallo-proceso-de-reforma-electoral-a-representante-de-la-ue","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/2019\/03\/14\/ministro-detallo-proceso-de-reforma-electoral-a-representante-de-la-ue\/","title":{"rendered":"Ministro detall\u00f3 proceso de reforma electoral a representante de la UE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>Asunci\u00f3n, IP.-<\/strong><\/em> El ministro del Interior, Juan Ernesto Villamayor, inform\u00f3 hoy a la directora general de las Am\u00e9ricas del Servicio de Acci\u00f3n Exterior de la Uni\u00f3n Europea, Edita Hrd\u00e1, del proceso de di\u00e1logo para la reforma del C\u00f3digo Electoral, cuyas propuestas fueron entregadas al Congreso Nacional esta semana.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este proceso de reforma del C\u00f3digo Electoral forma parte de las recomendaciones que hab\u00eda dejado al pa\u00eds la misi\u00f3n de observaci\u00f3n de la Uni\u00f3n Europea que acompa\u00f1\u00f3 el proceso eleccionario del a\u00f1o pasado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Entre otros aspectos, en la reuni\u00f3n de este jueves hablaron de la participaci\u00f3n de la mujer en pol\u00edtica y lucha contra el crimen organizado, as\u00ed como las posibilidades de cooperaci\u00f3n de la Uni\u00f3n Europea en estos campos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEstuvimos hablando con el se\u00f1or ministro sobre c\u00f3mo puede la Uni\u00f3n Europea estar m\u00e1s presente aqu\u00ed, en el pa\u00eds. Hay varios programas de la Uni\u00f3n Europea que Paraguay a\u00fan no utiliza demasiado, y veremos c\u00f3mo puede tener m\u00e1s participaci\u00f3n\u201d, dijo la representante europea luego de la reuni\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hrd\u00e1 inici\u00f3 este jueves su visita al Paraguay para participar de la XI Reuni\u00f3n de la Comisi\u00f3n Mixta Paraguay \u2013 Uni\u00f3n Europea y para dar seguimiento a recomendaciones en la reforma electoral. Mantendr\u00e1 reuniones con el presidente del Tribunal Superior de Justicia Electoral, Jaime Bestard y representantes de la sociedad civil.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el marco de su presencia en el pa\u00eds, realizar\u00e1 tambi\u00e9n una visita a un proyecto apoyado por la UE, que apunta a disminuir el desperdicio de alimentos para contribuir a la reducci\u00f3n del hambre, promoviendo la econom\u00eda circular en el Mercado de Abastos.
