El viceministro de Econom\u00eda, Humberto Colm\u00e1n, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que se ha triplicado la inversi\u00f3n en esta \u00e1rea, pasando de los US$ 400 millones a los US$ 1.500 millones, pero a\u00fan existen desaf\u00edos institucionales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El viceministro Colm\u00e1n afirm\u00f3 que desde hace dos a\u00f1os atr\u00e1s se empez\u00f3 a evaluar el gasto p\u00fablico a nivel general y en materia de inversi\u00f3n p\u00fablica hubo un salto importante, tanto en el presupuesto como en la ejecuci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s, refiri\u00f3 que esta evaluaci\u00f3n viene a contribuir para conocer cu\u00e1les son los espacios de mejora y eficiencia, y que forma parte del an\u00e1lisis de la calidad del gasto p\u00fablico.
