{"id":273779,"date":"2019-06-06T07:59:54","date_gmt":"2019-06-06T11:59:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/?p=273779"},"modified":"2019-06-06T08:11:30","modified_gmt":"2019-06-06T12:11:30","slug":"presidente-ecuador-arriba-a-chile-para-reforzar-relaciones-bilaterales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/2019\/06\/06\/presidente-ecuador-arriba-a-chile-para-reforzar-relaciones-bilaterales\/","title":{"rendered":"Presidente de Ecuador arriba a Chile para reforzar relaciones bilaterales"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>Santiago de Chile.-<\/strong><\/em> El presidente de Ecuador, Len\u00edn Moreno, lleg\u00f3 a Santiago de Chile en el marco de su visita oficial orientada a fortalecer las relaciones bilaterales con el pa\u00eds suramericano que posee una de las econom\u00edas m\u00e1s competitivas de Am\u00e9rica Latina.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El mandatario liderar\u00e1 junto con su par chileno, Sebasti\u00e1n Pi\u00f1era, este jueves, el V Consejo Interministerial Binacional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En este espacio, Moreno y Pi\u00f1era ratificar\u00e1n su compromiso de incrementar los lazos pol\u00edticos y econ\u00f3mico-comerciales de las dos naciones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En paralelo, ambos mandatarios tambi\u00e9n reforzar\u00e1n la cooperaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica en \u00e1reas como la miner\u00eda, energ\u00eda, defensa, infraestructura, innovaci\u00f3n, educaci\u00f3n, ambiente, cultura, lucha contra la corrupci\u00f3n, atenci\u00f3n a personas en condici\u00f3n de vulnerabilidad e integraci\u00f3n regional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La cita que se celebrar\u00e1 en el Palacio de La Moneda, sede del Ejecutivo de Chile, ser\u00e1 el escenario para la firma de al menos 10 planes de trabajo y 21 acuerdos, lo que demuestra el inter\u00e9s de Quito y Santiago para que sus relaciones entren en una fase marcada por beneficios directos para sus poblaciones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abEcuador para nosotros es un pa\u00eds muy relevante con el que tenemos enormes desaf\u00edos; dentro de ellos, poner en marcha todos los planes sectoriales de PROSUR y, por ende, seguir llamando a la integraci\u00f3n de los pa\u00edses de Sudam\u00e9rica\u00bb, asegur\u00f3 Carolina Valdivia Torres, subsecretaria de Relaciones Exteriores de Chile.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ecuador y Chile suscribir\u00e1n acuerdos que permitan el reconocimiento de licencias de conducir, homologaci\u00f3n de t\u00edtulos profesionales superiores, intercambio de experiencias en certificaciones laborales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s, se ampliar\u00e1 el Acuerdo de Complementaci\u00f3n Econ\u00f3mica (ACE) para abrirlo a las nuevas modalidades del comercio transfronterizo de servicios, con lo que se espera un mayor dinamismo en esta \u00e1rea, especialmente de los servicios vinculados con actividades generadoras de empleo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El intercambio comercial binacional alcanz\u00f3 los 2.000 millones de d\u00f3lares en el 2018.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pero el objetivo de la administraci\u00f3n del presidente Moreno es la profundizaci\u00f3n y ampliaci\u00f3n del di\u00e1logo pol\u00edtico y social con Chile.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abCon Chile tenemos un trabajo de hace algunos a\u00f1os, especialmente en lo que es la gesti\u00f3n de riesgos, y eso ha permitido que podamos generar un proceso de intercambio de experiencias de pol\u00edticas exitosas que permiten que esas capacidades puedan ser aplicadas y vayan en beneficio de la pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica\u00bb, asegur\u00f3 la directora del Servicio Nacional de Gesti\u00f3n de Riesgos y Emergencia, Alexandra Ocles.
