{"id":309301,"date":"2020-03-24T15:36:13","date_gmt":"2020-03-24T19:36:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/?p=309301"},"modified":"2020-03-24T15:36:13","modified_gmt":"2020-03-24T19:36:13","slug":"mtess-dispone-de-figuras-legales-para-garantizar-salario-a-trabajadores-durante-cuarentena","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/2020\/03\/24\/mtess-dispone-de-figuras-legales-para-garantizar-salario-a-trabajadores-durante-cuarentena\/","title":{"rendered":"Mtess dispone de figuras legales para garantizar salario a trabajadores durante cuarentena"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>Asunci\u00f3n, IP.-<\/strong><\/em> El Ministerio de Trabajo y Empleo (Mtess) ha diposnibilizado de cinco medidas con las que se pretende asegurar el pago de salarios para trabajadores de empresas afectadas por la medida de cuarentena.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La ministra Carla Bacigalupo indic\u00f3 que una de las primeras y la m\u00e1s utilizada por los empleadores, corresponde al anticipo de vacaciones. De modo a que los trabajadores cumplen con las medidas restrictivas sin verse afectados en su salario.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para el cumplimiento de esta medida, se emiti\u00f3 una reglamentaci\u00f3n que deja sin efecto de forma temporal la notificaci\u00f3n de 15 d\u00edas de antelaci\u00f3n para el uso de las vacaciones, de manera a garantizar la suspensi\u00f3n de actividades en empresas sin afectar al trabajador.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esta medida se cumple en caso de no poder darse el trabajo desde las casas, una modalidad dispuesta en el C\u00f3digo Laboral y tambi\u00e9n reglamentada por el Ministerio con una resoluci\u00f3n que da el ropaje legal a esta herramienta, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Bacigalupo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Igualmente se cuenta con las opciones de salario anticipado y aguinaldo proporcional. La primera establece el anticipo salarial para los trabajadores que luego compensar\u00e1n el mismo conforme a las normas del C\u00f3digo Laboral. En tanto que el aguinaldo proporcional establece adelantar el pago del aguinaldo, previsto de fin de a\u00f1o, y asegurar ingresos al trabajador.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finalmente, la ministra adelant\u00f3 este martes que se pone a disposici\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n la suspensi\u00f3n colectiva del trabajo.
