{"id":316706,"date":"2020-05-26T09:39:22","date_gmt":"2020-05-26T13:39:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/?p=316706"},"modified":"2020-05-26T09:39:22","modified_gmt":"2020-05-26T13:39:22","slug":"ande-afirma-que-errores-de-sobreestimacion-de-consumo-se-corregiran-naturalmente","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/2020\/05\/26\/ande-afirma-que-errores-de-sobreestimacion-de-consumo-se-corregiran-naturalmente\/","title":{"rendered":"ANDE afirma que errores de sobreestimaci\u00f3n de consumo se corregir\u00e1n naturalmente"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>Asunci\u00f3n, IP.-<\/strong><\/em> El presidente de la Administraci\u00f3n Nacional de Electricidad (ANDE), Luis Villordo, afirm\u00f3 este martes que los errores de sobreestimaci\u00f3n de consumo que afect\u00f3 el monto de facturaci\u00f3n de algunos clientes se ir\u00e1 corrigiendo en forma natural desde este mes conforme se retoman las lecturas presenciales de los medidores.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En conversaci\u00f3n con Radio Nacional del Paraguay, el presidente de la ANDE afirm\u00f3 que los reclamos por supuesta \u00absobrefacturaci\u00f3n\u00bb que realizan actualmente muchos usuarios de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica corresponden a casos donde hubo una \u00absobreestimaci\u00f3n\u00bb del consumo, ya que el mismo se realiz\u00f3 en base a c\u00e1lculos de promedios y no a una lectura f\u00edsica del medidor el\u00e9ctrico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abLa ANDE nunca har\u00e1 una apropiaci\u00f3n indebida del dinero, nunca se puede dar un proceso de sobrefacturaci\u00f3n en beneficio de la ANDE. El proceso de refacturaci\u00f3n se ir\u00e1 dando de manera autom\u00e1tica, considerando que en el mes actual, al tomarse la lectura, se detectar\u00e1 el error de sobreestimaci\u00f3n\u00bb, dijo el presidente de la empresa estatal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que ante la declaraci\u00f3n de emergencia sanitaria en el mes de marzo la estatal dej\u00f3 de hacer la lectura presencial de los medidores domiciliarios, aplicando un promedio de consumo, lo que deriv\u00f3 en subestimaci\u00f3n en algunos casos, y sobreestimaci\u00f3n en otros. Indic\u00f3 que en ambos casos, el ajuste de facturaci\u00f3n correspondiente al consumo se ir\u00e1 corrigiendo \u00abnaturalmente\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abSe ir\u00e1 corrigiendo de manera natural y no es necesario pagar para reclamar\u00bb, dijo Villordo al tiempo de se\u00f1alar tambi\u00e9n que no hay necesidad de la presencia de las personas en el local de la ANDE para hacer el reclamo, ya que existen todos los mecanismos tecnol\u00f3gicos, que son igualmente v\u00e1lidos para este efecto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abUno puede simplemente entrar a la p\u00e1gina web,\u00a0anexar un video y\u00a0enviar.
