{"id":320543,"date":"2020-06-17T13:34:44","date_gmt":"2020-06-17T17:34:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/?p=320543"},"modified":"2020-06-17T14:08:21","modified_gmt":"2020-06-17T18:08:21","slug":"destacan-al-portal-rindiendo-cuentas-como-un-paso-hacia-la-transparencia-en-el-gasto-publico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/2020\/06\/17\/destacan-al-portal-rindiendo-cuentas-como-un-paso-hacia-la-transparencia-en-el-gasto-publico\/","title":{"rendered":"FT destaca al portal Rindiendo Cuentas como un paso hacia la transparencia en el gasto p\u00fablico"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>Asunci\u00f3n, IP.- <\/em><\/strong>El medio Financial Times destac\u00f3 el sitio web Rindiendo Cuentas del Gobierno como un paso hacia la transparencia necesaria en el uso de recursos para hacer frente a la pandemia.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/technocodex.com\/tie-covid-19-debt-relief-to-transparency\/\">art\u00edculo argumenta<\/a><\/strong> que, si los pa\u00edses de bajos ingresos solicitan la condonaci\u00f3n de deudas con organismos multilaterales como el Banco Mundial y el Fondo Monetario Internacional (FMI) por impacto de la pandemia del COVID-19, esto debe ir acompa\u00f1ado de medidas de transparencia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cLos ciudadanos deben tener acceso a como los gobiernos gastan este dinero ahorrado (por una probable condonaci\u00f3n) en beneficio de todos, incluyendo a la Salud P\u00fablica, y poder imputar a quienes cometen malversaci\u00f3n y actos de corrupci\u00f3n\u201d, se\u00f1ala el art\u00edculo del reconocido medio financiero.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En este contexto, los organismos multilaterales y acreedores de pa\u00edses pueden cumplir un rol importante en exigir que cualquier condonaci\u00f3n de deudas vaya acompa\u00f1ada de transparencia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Destaca el ejemplo de Paraguay, cuyo gobierno habilit\u00f3 un <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.rindiendocuentas.gov.py\/\">sitio web<\/a><\/strong> con la rendici\u00f3n de cuentas de los fondos dentro de la Ley de Emergencia. Este portal fue desarrollo con apoyo del Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo (BID).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cIdealmente, estas medidas de transparencia solicitadas por los organismos deben aplicarse en todos los \u00e1mbitos del gasto p\u00fablico, no solo en lo relacionado a gatos por la pandemia\u201d, se\u00f1ala la nota.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El portal Rindiendo Cuentas fue presentado oficialmente el pasado 29 de abril con datos al detalle sobre los contratos de compra y recursos asignados para cada instituci\u00f3n dentro del cr\u00e9dito de emergencia de US$ 1.600 millones, que fuera aprobado para garantizar recursos a Salud, el funcionamiento del Estado y asistencia por las medidas de cuarentena adoptadas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ayer martes se realiz\u00f3 la presentaci\u00f3n de un informe actualizado sobre este cr\u00e9dito, del cual se han <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/autoridades-rindieron-cuentas-de-us-1-205-millones-de-credito-de-emergencia-utilizados\/\">utilizado US$ 1.205 millones<\/a><\/strong>, principalmente en asistencia a trabajadores cesados, del sector formal e informal, programas sociales y cr\u00e9ditos para la recuperaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3micas de Mipymes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Asunci\u00f3n, IP.- El medio Financial Times destac\u00f3 el sitio web Rindiendo Cuentas del Gobierno como un paso hacia la transparencia necesaria en el uso de recursos para hacer frente a la pandemia.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":22,"featured_media":320545,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[6],"tags":[],"class_list":{"0":"post-320543","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-politica"},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
