{"id":325112,"date":"2020-07-17T08:32:23","date_gmt":"2020-07-17T12:32:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/?p=325112"},"modified":"2020-07-17T08:32:23","modified_gmt":"2020-07-17T12:32:23","slug":"capacitan-a-gastronomicos-y-hoteleros-sobre-la-correcta-manipulacion-de-alimentos-ante-el-covid-19","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/2020\/07\/17\/capacitan-a-gastronomicos-y-hoteleros-sobre-la-correcta-manipulacion-de-alimentos-ante-el-covid-19\/","title":{"rendered":"Capacitan a gastron\u00f3micos y hoteleros sobre la correcta manipulaci\u00f3n de alimentos ante el covid-19"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>Asunci\u00f3n, Agencia IP. &#8211;<\/strong><\/em> La Secretar\u00eda Nacional de Turismo (Senatur) realiz\u00f3 en el marco de la reactivaci\u00f3n del Tren del Lago proyectada para setiembre, el taller de capacitaci\u00f3n virtual a gastron\u00f3micos y hoteleros sobre los protocolos que deben implementar en la manipulaci\u00f3n de alimentos para evitar la expansi\u00f3n del coronavirus.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En ese escenario, y ante la necesidad de adecuar los servicios gastron\u00f3micos y de hoteles de la ciudad de Ypacara\u00ed al modo covid de vivir, se realiz\u00f3 ayer el taller \u00abBuenas Pr\u00e1cticas en la manipulaci\u00f3n de alimentos ante el covid-19\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La capacitaci\u00f3n, tuvo como disertante, al docente de Alimentos y Bebidas de la Facultad Polit\u00e9cnica de la Universidad Nacional de Asunci\u00f3n (UNA), Hugo Caballero.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La ministra de Turismo, Sof\u00eda Montiel, encabeza este operativo que tiene como objetivo resaltar la gastronom\u00eda como un valor fundamental para el turismo, sector que ya espera pasar a la Fase 4 de la Cuarentena Inteligente para reanudar sus actividades acordes a las medidas sanitarias.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la oportunidad, fueron socializados los protocolos que se deben seguir, teniendo como prioridad, garantizar la seguridad de los comensales y ofrecer establecimientos con personales instruidos eficazmente para recibir a los clientes, inform\u00f3 la Senatur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La iniciativa tur\u00edstica se encuentra impulsada por la cartera de Turismo en forma conjunta con el Ministerio de Obras P\u00fablicas y Comunicaciones (MOPC), la Municipalidad de Ypacara\u00ed, la Gobernaci\u00f3n de Central y Ferrocarriles del Paraguay S.A. (Fepasa).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Proyecto<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En una primera etapa la locomotora N\u00b060 \u201cEl Ingl\u00e9s\u201d recorrer\u00e1 la ciudad de Ypacara\u00ed hasta la Playa Municipal, para posteriormente llegar hasta el municipio de Aregu\u00e1, pasando por Pati\u00f1o (Itaugu\u00e1), siguiendo la antigua franja de dominio del Ferrocarril \u201cCarlos Antonio L\u00f3pez\u201d, inform\u00f3 el MOPC.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El 7 de junio, la Locomotora 60 volvi\u00f3 a llamar la atenci\u00f3n gracias a su caracter\u00edstico silbato, luego de un largo proceso de reparaci\u00f3n realizado con mano de obra paraguaya y asistencia t\u00e9cnica de la Asociaci\u00f3n Latinoamericana de Ferrocarriles (ALAF).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La reparaci\u00f3n de \u201cEl Ingl\u00e9s\u201d tuvo una inversi\u00f3n de alrededor de 244 millones de guaran\u00edes, generando gran expectativa en los lugare\u00f1os al ver que el ferrocarril despert\u00f3 luego de varias d\u00e9cadas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con los planes, en el momento de su funcionamiento pleno, se prev\u00e9 dos vagones de 100 pasajeros cada uno, m\u00e1s otros dos de menor tama\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Como en sus inicios, la locomotora ser\u00e1 a vapor utilizando con le\u00f1a como combustible, pero ahora con madera procedente de reforestaciones certificadas, lo que permitir\u00e1 a los turistas conocer c\u00f3mo funcionaban las antiguas m\u00e1quinas de origen brit\u00e1nico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La reactivaci\u00f3n de este sistema de transporte con fines tur\u00edsticos conllevar\u00e1 una inyecci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica en los municipios involucrados.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Asunci\u00f3n, Agencia IP. &#8211; La Secretar\u00eda Nacional de Turismo (Senatur) realiz\u00f3 en el marco de la reactivaci\u00f3n del Tren del Lago proyectada para setiembre, el taller de capacitaci\u00f3n virtual a gastron\u00f3micos y hoteleros sobre los protocolos que deben implementar en la manipulaci\u00f3n de alimentos para evitar la expansi\u00f3n del coronavirus.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":23,"featured_media":320312,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[9],"tags":[],"class_list":{"0":"post-325112","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-economia"},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
