{"id":342698,"date":"2020-11-16T09:57:59","date_gmt":"2020-11-16T12:57:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/?p=342698"},"modified":"2020-11-16T09:57:59","modified_gmt":"2020-11-16T12:57:59","slug":"hacienda-transfirio-g-184-billones-a-las-municipalidades-y-gobernaciones","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/2020\/11\/16\/hacienda-transfirio-g-184-billones-a-las-municipalidades-y-gobernaciones\/","title":{"rendered":"Hacienda transfiri\u00f3 G. 1,84 billones a las municipalidades y gobernaciones"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>Asunci\u00f3n, Paraguay, Agencia IP.-<\/strong><\/em> Al cierre de octubre del 2020, el Ministerio de Hacienda transfiri\u00f3 G. 1.847.623 millones a los municipios y gobernaciones.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con los datos de la Unidad de Departamentos y Municipios (UDM), las transferencias de recursos financieros a estos gobiernos se realizan en cumplimiento estricto de los requerimientos legales establecidos en Ley N\u00b0 6469\/2020 \u00abQue aprueba el Presupuesto General de la Naci\u00f3n para el Ejercicio Fiscal 2020\u201d, con su correspondiente Decreto Reglamentario N\u00b0 3264\/2020.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En este contexto, las municipalidades recibieron a octubre G. 948.947 millones; mientras que las gobernaciones G. 898.676 millones. Dentro de estos montos se incluyen recursos en concepto de Royalties y el Fondo Nacional de Inversi\u00f3n P\u00fablica y Desarrollo (Fonacide), que las primeras obtuvieron por G. 827.759 millones, mientras que los gobiernos departamentales por G. 279.397 millones en los mismos conceptos, detalla la UDM dependiente de la Subsecretar\u00eda de Estado de Administraci\u00f3n Financiera (Sseaf).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las gobernaciones igualmente reciben transferencias provenientes de los impuestos, es decir, de Fuente 10 \u201cRecursos del Tesoro\u201d. En este concepto, Hacienda les transfiri\u00f3 al cierre de octubre de 2020, G. 521.343 millones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El resto de los recursos transferidos a los gobiernos locales y departamentales corresponden al Impuesto al Valor Agregado (IVA); juegos de azar y otros recursos menores.
