El monto total invertido en esta \u00e1rea representa un incremento del 14,9% (US$ 399 millones) con respecto a lo ejecutado durante el mismo periodo del 2019. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El informe mensual remitido desde el Ministerio de Hacienda detalla que el total destinado a Inversi\u00f3n Social, el 31% de los recursos correspondi\u00f3 a Promoci\u00f3n y Acci\u00f3n Social, y al sector de Educaci\u00f3n, respectivamente; el 21% a Salud y el 14% a Seguridad Social, mientras que el 3% restante a otros sectores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cabe resaltar, que de los desembolsos realizados para Promoci\u00f3n y Acci\u00f3n Social que alcanzaron G. 6,7 billones, el 55%, equivalentes a G. 3,6 billones, se compuso por recursos destinados a los Programas \u00d1angareko, Asistencia a Albergues para repatriados, Pytyv\u00f5, Adultos Mayores, Abrazo y Tekopor\u00e3. En el \u00faltimo quinquenio la inversi\u00f3n social mantuvo una participaci\u00f3n promedio del 55%, superior al resto del gasto compuesto por servicios de administraci\u00f3n gubernamental, servicios de seguridad, servicios econ\u00f3micos, deuda p\u00fablica y servicios de regulaci\u00f3n y control.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El incremento de la participaci\u00f3n del Resto del Gasto en el 2020, en comparaci\u00f3n con a\u00f1os anteriores se debe a los desembolsos realizados dentro de la funci\u00f3n de servicios econ\u00f3micos, atribuidos espec\u00edficamente a transferencias al Instituto de Previsi\u00f3n Social (IPS), la Agencia Financiera de Desarrollo (AFD), y el Fondo de Garant\u00edas del Paraguay (Fogapy) en el marco de la Ley de Emergencia N\u00ba 6524\/2020.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hasta el cierre de octubre del 2020, los desembolsos realizados en torno a la inversi\u00f3n social durante los \u00faltimos tres a\u00f1os indican un aumento acumulado del 29,1%, inform\u00f3 la cartera Fiscal.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Asunci\u00f3n, Paraguay, Agencia IP.- Al cierre de octubre de 2020, la Inversi\u00f3n Social realizada desde la Administraci\u00f3n Central alcanz\u00f3 G. 21,6 billones, equivalentes a US$ 3.076 millones.
