{"id":343377,"date":"2020-11-20T00:00:50","date_gmt":"2020-11-20T03:00:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/?p=343377"},"modified":"2020-11-20T00:22:42","modified_gmt":"2020-11-20T03:22:42","slug":"fmi-respalda-meta-del-gobierno-de-volver-al-tope-de-deficit-fiscal-en-2024","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/2020\/11\/20\/fmi-respalda-meta-del-gobierno-de-volver-al-tope-de-deficit-fiscal-en-2024\/","title":{"rendered":"FMI respalda meta del Gobierno de volver al tope de d\u00e9ficit fiscal en 2024"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>Asunci\u00f3n, Paraguay, Agencia IP.-<\/strong> <\/em>La meta del Gobierno con relaci\u00f3n a volver al tope establecido en la Ley de Responsabilidad Fiscal (LRF) para el d\u00e9ficit en el a\u00f1o 2024 es apropiada y es respaldada por por la Misi\u00f3n T\u00e9cnica del Fondo Monetario Internacional (FMI).<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Volver al tope es importante para asegurar que la din\u00e1mica de la deuda se mantenga favorable, que contin\u00fae la credibilidad del marco fiscal, y para construir amortiguadores cuando golpeen nuevos shocks, se\u00f1ala la Declaraci\u00f3n Final elaborada por la Misi\u00f3n T\u00e9cnica del FMI al Paraguay.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el documento se refiere adem\u00e1s que ser\u00eda \u00fatil codificar la fecha del retorno al tope del d\u00e9ficit en una versi\u00f3n actualizada de la Ley de Responsabilidad Fiscal, junto con l\u00edmites m\u00e1s estrictos sobre el aumento del gasto corriente. Agrega que el enfoque del Gobierno de hacer que el gasto sea m\u00e1s eficiente es apropiado y que la implementaci\u00f3n exitosa de la reforma del Estado, la reforma del servicio civil y la racionalizaci\u00f3n de las compras p\u00fablicas ayudar\u00eda a reducir el gasto corriente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Fondo Monetario Internacional, por otro lado, afirma que es importante continuar evaluando los diferentes factores para no retirar el apoyo fiscal de manera prematura, considerando que si la epidemia de covid-19 empeorara significativamente, se necesitar\u00eda realizar m\u00e1s gastos, incluso para los servicios de salud y la protecci\u00f3n social de trabajadores vulnerables, inform\u00f3 la cartera Fiscal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As\u00ed tambi\u00e9n, en la Declaraci\u00f3n Final de la Misi\u00f3n T\u00e9cnica del FMI se menciona que el Sistema de Pensiones requiere de supervisi\u00f3n y necesita ser reformado, ya que actualmente no existe supervisi\u00f3n financiera ni vigilancia reguladora de los fondos de pensi\u00f3n.
