{"id":352101,"date":"2021-02-01T13:34:45","date_gmt":"2021-02-01T16:34:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/?p=352101"},"modified":"2021-02-01T17:47:39","modified_gmt":"2021-02-01T20:47:39","slug":"con-mediacion-del-ministerio-de-trabajo-280-personas-cobraron-mas-de-g-1-137-millones","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/2021\/02\/01\/con-mediacion-del-ministerio-de-trabajo-280-personas-cobraron-mas-de-g-1-137-millones\/","title":{"rendered":"Con mediaci\u00f3n del Ministerio de Trabajo, 280 personas cobraron m\u00e1s de G. 1.137 millones"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>Asunci\u00f3n, Paraguay, Agencia IP.-<\/strong> <\/em>El Ministerio de Trabajo, Empleo y Seguridad Social (Mtess) durante el mes de enero atendi\u00f3 a 497 personas con conflictos laborales y logr\u00f3 acuerdo sobre 280 casos que permiti\u00f3 el pago de 1.137 millones de guaran\u00edes.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Mtess en el marco de la Pol\u00edtica de Protecci\u00f3n a los trabajadores, durante el mes de enero del presente a\u00f1o atendi\u00f3 a 497 personas con conflictos laborales, a trav\u00e9s de su Direcci\u00f3n de Trabajo y la Direcci\u00f3n General de Protecci\u00f3n a la Mujer Trabajadora, y logr\u00f3 acuerdo sobre 280 casos que permiti\u00f3 el pago de 1.137 millones de guaran\u00edes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s de las mediaciones por denuncias de incumplimiento de derechos laborales de los trabajadores, la cartera de Estado adem\u00e1s brind\u00f3 diversos servicios como c\u00e1lculo de liquidaciones, dict\u00e1menes por suspensi\u00f3n de trabajo, asesoramiento por diversos motivos por medio de Whatsapp, llamadas telef\u00f3nicas, correos electr\u00f3nicos, entre otros medios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Entre los diversos motivos de denuncias de los trabajadores figuraron; la falta de pago o monto menor a lo que corresponde en concepto de aguinaldo, mal c\u00e1lculo de liquidaci\u00f3n de haberes, atraso de pago de salarios, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los trabajadores afectados por conflictos son asesorados en diferentes aspectos sobre sus derechos, de manera a encontrar soluci\u00f3n a los problemas que se presentan en cada caso, inform\u00f3 el Ministerio de Trabajo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Asunci\u00f3n, Paraguay, Agencia IP.- El Ministerio de Trabajo, Empleo y Seguridad Social (Mtess) durante el mes de enero atendi\u00f3 a 497 personas con conflictos laborales y logr\u00f3 acuerdo sobre 280 casos que permiti\u00f3 el pago de 1.137 millones de guaran\u00edes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":7,"featured_media":352104,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[9],"tags":[5163,5164,196],"class_list":{"0":"post-352101","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-economia","8":"tag-conflictos-laborales","9":"tag-mediacion","10":"tag-mtess"},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
