{"id":354417,"date":"2021-02-19T13:07:56","date_gmt":"2021-02-19T16:07:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/?p=354417"},"modified":"2021-02-19T13:08:32","modified_gmt":"2021-02-19T16:08:32","slug":"ejecucion-de-gastos-de-la-administracion-central-fue-de-g-22-billones","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/2021\/02\/19\/ejecucion-de-gastos-de-la-administracion-central-fue-de-g-22-billones\/","title":{"rendered":"Ejecuci\u00f3n de gastos de la Administraci\u00f3n Central fue de G. 2,2 billones"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>Asunci\u00f3n, Paraguay, Agencia IP.-<\/strong><\/em> La ejecuci\u00f3n de gastos de las entidades que componen la Administraci\u00f3n Central asciende a 2,2 billones de guaran\u00edes al 31 de enero del presente ejercicio fiscal, inform\u00f3 el Ministerio de Hacienda. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este monto, en t\u00e9rminos nominales, representa una disminuci\u00f3n de 15%, equivalentes a 394.000 millones de guaran\u00edes respecto a lo ejecutado en el mismo periodo del ejercicio fiscal 2020.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seg\u00fan el Informe de Ejecuci\u00f3n Financiera Mensual de la Administraci\u00f3n Central, elaborado por la Direcci\u00f3n General de Presupuesto (DGP), la mayor parte de los gastos prioritarios fue para el pago de salarios y transferencias para pago a jubilados y pensionados, adultos mayores, as\u00ed como las transferencias a familias beneficiarias del Programa Tekopor\u00e3. La ejecuci\u00f3n de recursos incluye todas las Fuentes de Financiamiento y Transferencias Consolidables.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La disminuci\u00f3n en concepto de Transferencias se explica, principalmente, por la no ejecuci\u00f3n en transferencias a Municipios, alimento escolar, transferencia al Fondo Nacional de la Vivienda Social (Fonavis) y aportes o subsidios al transporte p\u00fablico colectivo, inform\u00f3 el Ministerio de Hacienda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cabe recordar, que el Presupuesto General de la Naci\u00f3n (PGN) 2021 aprobado para las Entidades de la Administraci\u00f3n Central asciende a 55,2 billones de guaran\u00edes, cifra superior en m\u00e1s de 6 billones de guaran\u00edes respecto al a\u00f1o anterior. Los conceptos de inversi\u00f3n f\u00edsica, pago de deuda y compra de medicamentos son los que tuvieron mayores aumentos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En este contexto, el Ministerio de Obras P\u00fablicas y Comunicaciones (MOPC) tuvo un incremento del 82,9% en su presupuesto aprobado, mayormente en concepto de Inversi\u00f3n F\u00edsica.
