{"id":355326,"date":"2021-02-26T09:54:24","date_gmt":"2021-02-26T12:54:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/?p=355326"},"modified":"2021-02-26T09:54:24","modified_gmt":"2021-02-26T12:54:24","slug":"municipios-tienen-tiempo-hasta-este-viernes-para-presentar-informes-a-hacienda","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/2021\/02\/26\/municipios-tienen-tiempo-hasta-este-viernes-para-presentar-informes-a-hacienda\/","title":{"rendered":"Municipios tienen tiempo hasta este viernes para presentar informes a Hacienda"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>Asunci\u00f3n, Paraguay, Agencia IP.-<\/strong> <\/em>Hoy viernes 26 de febrero vence el plazo de presentaci\u00f3n de los informes al Ministerio de Hacienda por parte de las municipalidades del pa\u00eds.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los mismos deben presentar Informaci\u00f3n Financiera y Patrimonial sobre la Ejecuci\u00f3n de los Programas, correspondiente al Tercer Cuatrimestre y al Cierre del Ejercicio Fiscal 2020, en la Direcci\u00f3n General de Contabilidad P\u00fablica, de acuerdo al art\u00edculo 346 del Decreto N\u00b0 4780\/2021 de la Ley del Presupuesto General de la Naci\u00f3n (PGN) 2021.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De esta forma, la presentaci\u00f3n de la Informaci\u00f3n Cuatrimestral correspondiente al Tercer Cuatrimestre 2020 es coincidente por lo que se deber\u00e1 incluir dentro de los Informes Anuales de Cierre. La Cartera Fiscal no transferir\u00e1 recurso del Ejercicio Fiscal 2021 sin la constancia del informe anual, refiere la Unidad de Departamentos y Municipios (UDM), dependiente de la cartera Fiscal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En este contexto, el art\u00edculo 356\u00b0 inciso a del mismo Decreto establece para la determinaci\u00f3n de la condici\u00f3n de municipios de menores recursos, los informes de Ejecuci\u00f3n Presupuestaria Anual 2020, deber\u00e1n estar visualizados en el SIM en estado confirmado, tomando en consideraci\u00f3n que el \u00faltimo d\u00eda h\u00e1bil del mes de febrero es el viernes 26.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El incumplimiento de los requisitos legales obliga al Tesoro Nacional a suspender las transferencias de los recursos financieros, hasta tanto se regularice la presentaci\u00f3n de la rendici\u00f3n de cuentas e informes, conforme a los plazos y condiciones establecidas en las normativas vigentes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una vez cumplidos con los requerimientos legales establecidos en las mencionadas normativas vigentes no se requieren de gesti\u00f3n adicional alguna por parte de las autoridades departamentales y\/o municipales, o de personas autorizadas por las mismas para las transferencias de recursos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Ministerio de Hacienda, dentro del proceso de transparencia de la informaci\u00f3n, pone a conocimiento de la ciudadan\u00eda en general que se encuentra disponible la informaci\u00f3n detallada de las transferencias financieras realizadas, discriminadas por municipios y gobernaciones en el siguiente <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hacienda.gov.py\/sseaf\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>enlace<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para mayores informes contactar con la Unidad de Departamentos y Municipios del Ministerio de Hacienda, ubicada sobre Presidente Franco N\u00b0 173, Edificio Ybaga &#8211; 4\u00b0 Piso a los tel\u00e9fonos 021- 414 6760, 6754, 6747 y 021- 440010\/17, interno 232, o al correo electr\u00f3nico: udm@hacienda.gov.py<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Asunci\u00f3n, Paraguay, Agencia IP.- Hoy viernes 26 de febrero vence el plazo de presentaci\u00f3n de los informes al Ministerio de Hacienda por parte de las municipalidades del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":23,"featured_media":337238,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[9],"tags":[34,3625,466],"class_list":{"0":"post-355326","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-economia","8":"tag-hacienda","9":"tag-municipalidades","10":"tag-pgn"},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
