{"id":357727,"date":"2021-03-17T09:24:52","date_gmt":"2021-03-17T12:24:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/?p=357727"},"modified":"2021-03-17T09:24:52","modified_gmt":"2021-03-17T12:24:52","slug":"hacienda-transfirio-mas-de-g-168-000-millones-a-municipios-y-gobernaciones-al-cierre-de-febrero","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/2021\/03\/17\/hacienda-transfirio-mas-de-g-168-000-millones-a-municipios-y-gobernaciones-al-cierre-de-febrero\/","title":{"rendered":"Hacienda transfiri\u00f3 m\u00e1s de G. 168.000 millones a municipios y gobernaciones al cierre de febrero"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>Asunci\u00f3n, Paraguay, Agencia IP.-<\/strong> <\/em>Al cierre de febrero del 2020, el Ministerio de Hacienda transfiri\u00f3 un total de 168.774 millones de guaran\u00edes a las municipalidades y gobernaciones, de acuerdo con los datos de la Unidad de Departamentos y Municipios (UDM).<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las transferencias de recursos financieros a los gobiernos subnacionales est\u00e1n sujetas al cumplimiento estricto de los requerimientos legales establecidos en la Ley N\u00b0 6672\/2021 \u00abQue aprueba el Presupuesto General de la Naci\u00f3n para el Ejercicio Fiscal 2021\u201d, y su Decreto Reglamentario N\u00b0 4780\/2021.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En este contexto, las Municipalidades recibieron recursos a febrero del 2021 por 45.981 millones de guaran\u00edes, mientras que las Gobernaciones por 122.793 millones de guaran\u00edes. Los montos transferidos incluyen los Royalties y el Fondo Nacional de Inversi\u00f3n P\u00fablica y Desarrollo (Fonacide), que en el caso de las municipalidades fueron por 41.285 millones de guaran\u00edes y de las gobernaciones por 24.889 millones de guaran\u00edes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las Gobernaciones recibieron adem\u00e1s en febrero transferencias provenientes de los impuestos, es decir, de Fuente 10 \u201cRecursos del Tesoro\u201d por 91.021 millones de guaran\u00edes. El resto de los recursos transferidos a los gobiernos locales y departamentales corresponden al Impuesto al Valor Agregado (IVA), juegos de azar y otros recursos menores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cabe recordar, que el incumplimiento de los requisitos legales obliga al Tesoro Nacional a suspender las transferencias de los recursos financieros, hasta tanto se regularice la presentaci\u00f3n de la rendici\u00f3n de cuentas e informes, de acuerdo con los plazos y condiciones establecidas en las normativas vigentes. Una vez cumplidos con los requerimientos legales establecidos en las mencionadas normativas, no se requiere de gesti\u00f3n adicional alguna por parte de las autoridades departamentales y\/o municipales, o de personas autorizadas por las mismas para las transferencias de recursos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Ministerio de Hacienda, dentro del proceso de transparencia de la informaci\u00f3n, pone a conocimiento de la ciudadan\u00eda en general que se encuentra disponible la informaci\u00f3n detallada de las transferencias financieras realizadas, discriminadas por gobernaciones y municipalidades, en el siguiente <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hacienda.gov.py\/web-udm\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>enlace<\/strong><\/a>.
