Carlos Gueyraud Caballero (G. 10.999.500.000), Bieber &amp; Compa\u00f1\u00eda Comercial Industrial (G. 9.668.709.929), Arquitect\u00f3nica S.R.L. (G. 10.923.460.337), Isacio Vallejos (Civsa) (G. 10.449.116.195), Estructura Ingenier\u00eda S.A. (G. 9.800.476.036), Implenia S.A (G. 9.400.615.503) y la Empresa de Construcciones (Edivi S.A.) (G. 11.662.942.252).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Teniendo en cuenta el monto referencial de G. 13.153.304.072, la oferta m\u00e1s baja presenta significa un ahorro del 28%, es decir G. 3.752.688.569 y si se toma en cuenta la propuesta m\u00e1s alta, se tendr\u00eda un ahorro del 11%, lo que implica G. 1.490.361.820.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Del mencionado monto referencial, se prev\u00e9 destinar G. 3.277.956.621 a la Planta de Tratamiento de Efluentes y G. 6.817.666.667 a la Planta Generadora de Ox\u00edgeno.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se trata del llamado MOPC N\u00b0 31\/2021 \u201cContrataci\u00f3n por v\u00edas de la excepci\u00f3n para la construcci\u00f3n de pabell\u00f3n de contingencia en el Hospital de Santa Rosa del Aguaray del Ministerio de Salud P\u00fablica y Bienestar Social (Mspybs) (Emergencia covid-19). Ad Refer\u00e9ndum a la Reprogramaci\u00f3n Presupuestaria\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Estos pabellones se suman a los siete que se est\u00e1n construyendo este mes, gracias a un ahorro que se tuvo en la \u00faltima licitaci\u00f3n realizada con recursos transferidos por la cartera de Salud. La nueva construcci\u00f3n en San Pedro, como las anteriores, tambi\u00e9n incluye su propia Planta de Tratamiento de Efluentes y Planta Generadora de Ox\u00edgeno.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hay que mencionar que debido a la situaci\u00f3n de emergencia que vive el pa\u00eds a ra\u00edz del covid-19 y a que, se trata de un llamado con urgencia impostergable, la convocatoria se hace por v\u00eda de la excepci\u00f3n.
