Las firmas se exponen a multas de 20 a 10.000 jornales.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El titular de Sedeco, Juan Marcelo Estigarribia, inform\u00f3 este martes que actualmente 18 empresas de transporte p\u00fablico se encuentran con proceso de apertura de sumario por realizar reguladas. Algunas de las empresas del transporte son 12, 02, 07, 23, 31, 38, 41, entre otras.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Explic\u00f3 que las intervenciones son realizadas por informaciones brindadas por el Viceministerio de Transporte y por otra parte se dieron por medio de las quejas de los usuarios por las redes sociales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sostuvo que las empresas transportistas se exponen a una sanci\u00f3n pecuniaria de 20 a 10.000 jornales m\u00ednimos desde 1.600.000 a 840 millones de guaran\u00edes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cVamos a tratar que sea algo ejemplar, probablemente va a ser entre 500 y 1.000 jornales m\u00e1s o menos, que son entre 40 a 80 millones de guaran\u00edes\u201d, anunci\u00f3 en entrevista con la 1020 AM.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adelant\u00f3 que las resoluciones a estas sanciones ser\u00e1n presentadas para el mes que viene. \u201cLos abogados de las empresas transportistas se encuentran presentando sus defensas y eso dilata un poco m\u00e1s la situaci\u00f3n\u201d, dijo finalmente el ministro de la Sedeco.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Asunci\u00f3n, Paraguay, Agencia IP.- La Secretar\u00eda de Defensa del Consumidor y el Usuario (Sedeco) inform\u00f3 que 18 empresas transportistas se encuentran con proceso de sumario por realizar reguladas.
