font-weight: inherit;\"><em><strong>Asunci\u00f3n, Agencia IP.-<\/strong><\/em> La Subsecretar\u00eda de Estado de Tributaci\u00f3n (SET) inform\u00f3 que redujo al 50% la\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">retenci\u00f3n del Impuesto del Valor Agregado (IVA) a los sectores transportistas y camioneros.\u00a0<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">\u00abAyer todo el d\u00eda hemos negociado con los sectores transportistas y camioneros y lo que corresponde al \u00e1rea tributaria se estableci\u00f3 una reducci\u00f3n al 50% de la retenci\u00f3n al Impuesto del Valor Agregado (IVA)\u00bb, afirm\u00f3 este martes el viceministro de Tributaci\u00f3n, Oscar Oru\u00e9 en entrevista con <strong>Radio Nacional del Paraguay<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">En ese sentido dijo que anteriormente la reducci\u00f3n de la retenci\u00f3n del IVA para estos sectores era del 70% y que ahora se redujo al 50%.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">As\u00ed tambi\u00e9n record\u00f3 que tras <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/camioneros-levantan-paro-tras-acuerdo-para-nuevos-precios-referenciales-de-flete\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>la reuni\u00f3n de ayer<\/strong><\/a> se acord\u00f3 establecer una actualizaci\u00f3n del 5% del precio referencial con los agroexportadores que son los que mayormente prestan servicios a las empresas transportadoras.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Oru\u00e9 refiri\u00f3 que en la oportunidad tambi\u00e9n se estableci\u00f3 una \u00abCarta de Porte\u00bb, instrumento que servir\u00e1 para circular en todo el territorio nacional, en el mismo figurar\u00e1 el precio del flete.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">\u00abEsto beneficiar\u00e1 a los camioneros para el pago por sus servicios, ya que en el mismo figurar\u00e1 el nombre de la empresa transportador, el prestador efectivo del servicio (camionero), los datos especifico de origen y destino de los productos que ser\u00e1n transportado, la especiaci\u00f3n de los productos y el precio del flete\u00bb, sostuvo.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">As\u00ed tambi\u00e9n dijo que en el acuerdo tambi\u00e9n se plasm\u00f3 que los gremios involucrados deben formalizarse y que para ello se dio la reducci\u00f3n de la retenci\u00f3n del IVA. \u00abEllos deber\u00e1n inscribirse en el Registro \u00danico del Contribuyente o RUC, para que lleven su contabilidad y emitan su factura y de esa forma formalizarse\u00bb, manifest\u00f3.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Finalmente el viceministro refiri\u00f3 que si la formalidad aumenta en estos sectores la retenci\u00f3n del IVA ir\u00e1 en descenso para los mismos. \u00abAc\u00e1 lo importante es poder hacer un proceso de formalidad con estos sectores, seg\u00fan los camioneros hay como 300 trabajadores en su sector, sin embargo en la Dinatran se encuentran solo registrados 76 de
