{"id":370679,"date":"2021-06-19T15:46:17","date_gmt":"2021-06-19T19:46:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/?p=370679"},"modified":"2021-06-19T15:49:47","modified_gmt":"2021-06-19T19:49:47","slug":"inicio-fase-de-prueba-herramienta-de-autodiagnostico-energetico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/2021\/06\/19\/inicio-fase-de-prueba-herramienta-de-autodiagnostico-energetico\/","title":{"rendered":"Inici\u00f3 fase de prueba herramienta de autodiagn\u00f3stico energ\u00e9tico"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>Asunci\u00f3n, Agencia IP.-<\/strong> <\/em>\u00a0La denominada \u201cHerramienta de C\u00e1lculo\u201d inici\u00f3 su fase de prueba en Paraguay facilitando a las peque\u00f1as y medianas empresas (pymes) de cuatro sectores (cer\u00e1mica, yerba mate, cr\u00eda de pollos y secado de grano) realizar autodiagn\u00f3sticos de consumo energ\u00e9tico a fin de adoptar medidas de uso eficiente de biomasa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La herramienta fue lanzada en el marco del Programa de Eficiencia Energ\u00e9tica, impulsado por el Viceministerio de Minas y Energ\u00eda (VMMyE) y el Ministerio del Ambiente (MADES) con el apoyo de Euroclima+ de la Uni\u00f3n Europea.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con este taller comenzaron las pruebas del innovador instrumento que se est\u00e1 desarrollando con la ayuda de la Fundaci\u00f3n Internacional y para Iberoam\u00e9rica de Administraci\u00f3n y Pol\u00edticas P\u00fablicas (FIIAPP) en el marco del programa EUROCLIMA+, programa de cooperaci\u00f3n sobre cambio clim\u00e1tico entre la Uni\u00f3n Europea y Am\u00e9rica Latina.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El evento cont\u00f3 con la presencia del Ing. Ulises Lovera, Director de la Direcci\u00f3n Nacional de Cambio Clim\u00e1tico y por parte del Viceministerio de Minas y Energ\u00eda, el Ing. Gustavo Cazal, Director de Energ\u00edas Alternativas del VMMyE y Diana Garc\u00eda Alcubilla, Jefa adjunta de Cooperaci\u00f3n de la Delegaci\u00f3n de la Uni\u00f3n Europea en Paraguay de representante del VMMyE del MADES.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se present\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n, brevemente, el marco de actuaci\u00f3n del Programa y con m\u00e1s detalle, el prototipo de la herramienta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La herramienta ser\u00e1 de f\u00e1cil utilizaci\u00f3n y estar\u00e1 disponible pr\u00f3ximamente en el sitio web del Viceministerio de Minas y Energ\u00eda, donde las pymes agroindustriales de los sectores mencionados e interesados en general podr\u00e1n realizar las simulaciones de manera gratuita y con posibilidad de recibir un acompa\u00f1amiento t\u00e9cnico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Como resultado del autodiagn\u00f3stico, las empresas podr\u00e1n identificar sus puntos de alto consumo de energ\u00eda, y en funci\u00f3n a ello, estimar una reducci\u00f3n del consumo durante sus procesos productivos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con los datos obtenidos, podr\u00e1n tener una primera estimaci\u00f3n de los beneficios econ\u00f3micos y ambientales que puede conllevar la aplicaci\u00f3n de medidas de eficiencia energ\u00e9tica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De esta forma, se busca impulsar las pymes en invertir en tecnolog\u00edas que les permitan utilizar menos biomasa (le\u00f1a, carb\u00f3n, entre otros) y as\u00ed lograr un ahorro econ\u00f3mico y reducir sus emisiones de CO2 en beneficio del medioambiente.<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Uso eficiente de la biomasa en Paraguay<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esta iniciativa forma parte del Programa de \u00abPromoci\u00f3n del uso eficiente de biomasa en Paraguay\u201d que tiene como objetivo incentivar al sector productivo a implementar medidas de eficiencia energ\u00e9tica por los beneficios econ\u00f3micos, sociales y ambientales que genera.
