{"id":373683,"date":"2021-07-08T11:27:48","date_gmt":"2021-07-08T15:27:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/?p=373683"},"modified":"2021-07-08T12:01:16","modified_gmt":"2021-07-08T16:01:16","slug":"set-y-senac-presuntan-denuncia-contra-gobernacion-por-rendicion-de-fondos-de-emergencia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/2021\/07\/08\/set-y-senac-presuntan-denuncia-contra-gobernacion-por-rendicion-de-fondos-de-emergencia\/","title":{"rendered":"SET y Senac presentan denuncia contra Gobernaci\u00f3n por rendici\u00f3n de fondos de emergencia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>Asunci\u00f3n, Agencia IP.- <\/em><\/strong>La Secretar\u00eda Nacional Anticorrupci\u00f3n (Senac) y la Subsecretar\u00eda de Tributaci\u00f3n (SET) formalizaron este jueves una denuncia penal contra la Gobernaci\u00f3n del departamento Central por el presunto hecho de falsificaci\u00f3n de facturas.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las facturas corresponden al informe que debieron presentar todas las gobernaciones sobre el uso de los fondos recibidos del cr\u00e9dito de emergencia de 1.600 millones de d\u00f3lares, aprobado al inicio de la pandemia del covid-19.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Parte de la denuncia presentada comprende falsificaci\u00f3n de facturas y lesi\u00f3n de confianza, dado que en mayo de este a\u00f1o la Gobernaci\u00f3n habr\u00eda cambiado las facturas presentadas inicialmente en su rendici\u00f3n de cuentas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El ministro Anticorrupci\u00f3n, Ren\u00e9 Fern\u00e1ndez, indic\u00f3 en conferencia de prensa que se cuentan con dos rendiciones con documentos distintos, lo que motiv\u00f3 a la presentaci\u00f3n de la denuncia penal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo al gobernador de Central, Hugo Javier Gonz\u00e1lez, los fondos recibidos por la Gobernaci\u00f3n fueron transferidos a la organizaci\u00f3n \u201cFundaci\u00f3n Centro Integral de Apoyo Profesional (CIAP)\u201d para la ejecuci\u00f3n de proyectos en el marco de la pandemia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La fundaci\u00f3n present\u00f3 las facturas y la Gobernaci\u00f3n no tiene forma de saber si se tratan de facturas falsas o clonadas, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Gonz\u00e1lez en declaraciones a la prensa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Subsecretar\u00eda de Tributaci\u00f3n (SET) se\u00f1ala que las facturas de origen falso buscan justificar alrededor de 1 mill\u00f3n de d\u00f3lares.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Poder Ejecutivo junto con la Secretar\u00eda Nacional Anticorrupci\u00f3n iniciaron una auditor\u00eda especial a la Gobernaci\u00f3n del departamento Central, para la verificaci\u00f3n de la documentaci\u00f3n que hace a la rendici\u00f3n de cuentas de la ejecuci\u00f3n del fondo designado por Ley N\u00ba 6641\/20.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A su vez, la SET ha solicitado informes a la Contralor\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica (CGR) en car\u00e1cter de rendici\u00f3n de cuentas por trabajos realizados para la Gobernaci\u00f3n del Departamento Central, detect\u00e1ndose inconsistencias entre las documentaciones presentadas por CIAP a la CGR y las presentadas a la SET por el requerimiento realizado, ante la presunci\u00f3n de la utilizaci\u00f3n de facturas clonadas o falsificadas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Asunci\u00f3n, Agencia IP.- La Secretar\u00eda Nacional Anticorrupci\u00f3n (Senac) y la Subsecretar\u00eda de Tributaci\u00f3n (SET) formalizaron este jueves una denuncia penal contra la Gobernaci\u00f3n del departamento Central por el presunto hecho de falsificaci\u00f3n de facturas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":22,"featured_media":373684,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[9],"tags":[4580,1013,818,362],"class_list":{"0":"post-373683","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-economia","8":"tag-credito-de-emergencia","9":"tag-ley-de-emergencia","10":"tag-senac","11":"tag-set"},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
