Paraguay, a trav\u00e9s de la Direcci\u00f3n Nacional de Correos del Paraguay (Dinacopa), consigui\u00f3 la reelecci\u00f3n dentro del Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n (CA) de la Uni\u00f3n Postal Universal (UPU).<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La postulaci\u00f3n de Paraguay tuvo 111 votos, en Abiy\u00e1n, Costa de Marfil, donde se desarrolla el 27\u00b0 Congreso de la UPU.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La entidad postal, que representa al pa\u00eds, por primera vez en la historia, consigui\u00f3 un lugar en el CA en octubre del 2016, en el Congreso 26\u00b0, que se realiz\u00f3 en Estambul, Turqu\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El director general de la Dinacopa, Luis Fernando Serv\u00edn al conocer la significativa noticia de la reelecci\u00f3n al Consejo, destac\u00f3 que \u201cestoy muy agradecido a todos los pa\u00edses que apostaron por el trabajo que venimos realizando dentro del Correo Paraguayo. Esta reelecci\u00f3n nos da la pauta de que estamos desarrollando acciones significativas a nivel nacional e internacional\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En otro momento, el titular del Correo Paraguayo expres\u00f3 que \u201clos agradecimientos tambi\u00e9n se extiendan a los representantes diplom\u00e1ticos de nuestros pa\u00eds, quienes estuvieron presentes en Costa de Marfil durante las deliberaciones\u201d.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Acerca del UPU<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La UPU es un organismo internacional, especializado de la Organizaci\u00f3n de las Naciones Unidas (ONU), que tiene como objetivo afianzar y mejorar los servicios postales. Est\u00e1 conformada por 191 pa\u00edses que representan a la misma cantidad de operadores postales oficiales designados.
