Ambos se desempe\u00f1an como titulares de las comisiones de presupuesto de sus respectivas c\u00e1maras.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Posterior a la conformaci\u00f3n de la comisi\u00f3n de diputados y senadores, el ministro de Hacienda, Oscar Llamosas, y un equipo t\u00e9cnico hicieron una presentaci\u00f3n del proyecto del PGN 2022 a los congresistas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Uno de los objetivos del proyecto es sostener las inversiones en salud, incrementadas durante la pandemia, al igual que el aumento de inversiones en obras p\u00fablicas y programas sociales, inform\u00f3 Llamosas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Respecto a aumento de inversiones, el proyecto de ley va a acompa\u00f1ado de un pedido de aumento del l\u00edmite del d\u00e9ficit fiscal, del 1,5% del PIB (conforme a la Ley de Responsabilidad Fiscal) a un 3%.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este pedido responde a las medidas adoptadas en el inicio de la pandemia, que llevaron a un endeudamiento y reasignaci\u00f3n de presupuestos que terminaron en un d\u00e9ficit fiscal (diferencia entre ingreso y gastos del Estado) del 6%.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para este a\u00f1o 2020 se espera cerrar con un 4% del PIB de d\u00e9ficit y para el 2021 con el 3%.
