{"id":397183,"date":"2021-12-20T13:32:07","date_gmt":"2021-12-20T16:32:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/?p=397183"},"modified":"2021-12-20T13:34:06","modified_gmt":"2021-12-20T16:34:06","slug":"municipios-y-gobernaciones-recibieron-transferencias-por-g-171-billones","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/2021\/12\/20\/municipios-y-gobernaciones-recibieron-transferencias-por-g-171-billones\/","title":{"rendered":"Municipios y gobernaciones recibieron transferencias por G. 1,71 billones"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>Asunci\u00f3n, Agencia IP.-<\/strong><\/em> De enero a noviembre del presente ejercicio fiscal, el Ministerio de Hacienda transfiri\u00f3 un total de 1,71 billones de guaran\u00edes a las municipalidades y gobernaciones de acuerdo con datos del Ministerio de Hacienda. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las municipalidades recibieron recursos a noviembre por 732.394 millones de guaran\u00edes, en tanto que las gobernaciones por 981.481 millones de guaran\u00edes, de e acuerdo con datos de la Unidad de Departamentos y Municipios (UDM) de la cartera Fiscal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los montos transferidos y detallados m\u00e1s arriba, incluyen los Royalties y el Fondo Nacional de Inversi\u00f3n P\u00fablica y Desarrollo (Fonacide), que en el caso de los municipios fueron por 202.538 millones de guaran\u00edes del Fonacide y 414.074 millones de guaran\u00edes de Royalties; en tanto que para las Gobernaciones fueron 138.593 millones de guaran\u00edes de Royalties y 96.333 millones de guaran\u00edes del Fonacide.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s, al mes de noviembre las gobernaciones recibieron transferencias provenientes de los impuestos, es decir, de Fuente 10 Recursos del Tesoro, por un total de 525.473 millones de guaran\u00edes. El resto de los recursos transferidos a los gobiernos locales y departamentales corresponden al Impuesto al Valor Agregado (IVA), por 79.234 millones de guaran\u00edes; Juegos de Azar, por 33.072 millones de guaran\u00edes; y otros recursos menores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las transferencias de recursos financieros a los gobiernos subnacionales est\u00e1n sujetas al cumplimiento estricto de los requerimientos legales establecidos en la Ley N\u00b0 6672\/2021 \u00abQue aprueba el Presupuesto General de la Naci\u00f3n (PGN) para el Ejercicio Fiscal 2021\u201d, y su Decreto Reglamentario N\u00b0 4780\/2021.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El incumplimiento de los requisitos legales obliga al Tesoro Nacional a suspender las transferencias de los recursos financieros, hasta tanto se regularice la presentaci\u00f3n de la rendici\u00f3n de cuentas e informes, de acuerdo con los plazos y condiciones establecidas en las normativas vigentes. Una vez cumplidos con los requerimientos legales establecidos en las mencionadas normativas, no se requiere de gesti\u00f3n adicional alguna por parte de las autoridades departamentales y\/o municipales, o de personas autorizadas por las mismas para las transferencias de recursos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dentro del proceso de transparencia, el Ministerio de Hacienda pone a conocimiento de la ciudadan\u00eda en general que se encuentra disponible la informaci\u00f3n detallada de las transferencias financieras realizadas, discriminadas por Gobiernos Departamentales y Municipales, en el siguiente <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hacienda.gov.py\/web-udm\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>enlace<\/strong><\/a>.
