Luego de culminar toda la parte de cimentaci\u00f3n (losa) ahora se inicia la carga de los pilares para el segundo nivel donde ir\u00e1n asentadas las estructuras del techo met\u00e1lico.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La edificaci\u00f3n abarcar\u00e1 aproximadamente 20.000 metros cuadrados y contar\u00e1 adem\u00e1s con un estacionamiento con capacidad para 1000 veh\u00edculos aproximadamente y un helipuerto completamente equipado para recibir a helic\u00f3pteros ambulancia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los trabajos est\u00e1n a cargo del Consorcio Jim\u00e9nez Gaona y Lima SA \u2013 Itasa \u2013 Proel Ingenier\u00eda \u2013 M.M. SA, adjudicado con un contrato de 151.247.999.999 guaran\u00edes, inform\u00f3 el Ministerio de Obras P\u00fablicas y Comunicaciones (MOPC).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La ejecuci\u00f3n del contrato comenz\u00f3 el 31 de mayo de 2021 y fenece el 31 de diciembre de este a\u00f1o, seg\u00fan consta en el portal de la Direcci\u00f3n Nacional de Contrataciones P\u00fablicas (DNCP).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este proyecto se divide en dos fases, a fin de optimizar los resultados y lograr beneficios en t\u00e9rminos de calidad y econom\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La primera Fase- hoy en marcha- corresponde al \u201cDise\u00f1o y Construcci\u00f3n del Hospital de Coronel Oviedo\u201d y est\u00e1 a cargo de la cartera de Obras P\u00fablicas y Comunicaciones, conforme al Convenio de Cooperaci\u00f3n y Coordinaci\u00f3n firmado con el Ministerio de Salud P\u00fablica y Bienestar Social (Mspybs).<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_408473\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-408473\" style=\"width: 328px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-408473\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/MOPC-Hopsital-450x600.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"328\" height=\"437\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/MOPC-Hopsital-450x600.jpeg 450w, https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/MOPC-Hopsital-768x1024.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/MOPC-Hopsital-696x928.jpeg 696w, https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/MOPC-Hopsital-315x420.jpeg 315w, https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/MOPC-Hopsital.jpeg 960w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 328px) 100vw, 328px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-408473\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Foto: MOPC<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La segunda fase, concerniente al equipamiento y su puesta en funcionamiento y mantenimiento, estar\u00e1 a cargo de la cartera sanitaria.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Sobre el Hospital de Coronel Oviedo<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Es un Hospital Especializado de alta complejidad, que brindar\u00e1 acciones y servicios ambulatorios y de hospitalizaci\u00f3n, en las especialidades b\u00e1sicas y otras especialidades y otras subespecialidades. Contar\u00e1 con servicios de atenci\u00f3n cr\u00edtica, servicios de apoyo de diagn\u00f3stico y tratamientos que respondan a su capacidad resolutiva.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s, contar\u00e1 con espacios acondicionados para tiempos de cat\u00e1strofes o pandemias, y un sal\u00f3n auditorio para actividades vinculadas a la capacitaci\u00f3n del personal de blanco.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El hospital albergar\u00e1 los siguientes servicios: 180 camas de internaci\u00f3n repartidas en cuatro bloques, 8 boxes de cuidados intensivos, 12 boxes de cuidados intermedios, 4 boxes de aislamiento de urgencias, 30 consultorios, servicios de rehabilitaci\u00f3n, 6 quir\u00f3fanos, 9 laboratorios: hematolog\u00eda, inmunolog\u00eda, qu\u00edmica, parasitolog\u00eda, inmunofluorescencia y bacteriolog\u00eda, servicios de diagn\u00f3stico por im\u00e1genes, di\u00e1lisis, de ingenier\u00eda biom\u00e9dica y de morgue.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s, contar\u00e1 con una unidad de medicina transfusional con dos c\u00e1maras fr\u00edas para insumos y muestras de 10 m2, una farmacia de m\u00e1s de 300 m2, un albergue de m\u00e1s de 300 m2 y una cafeter\u00eda, contar\u00e1 con su planta de tratamientos de efluentes, planta de tratamiento de residuos hospitalarios y planta generadora de ox\u00edgeno.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Asunci\u00f3n, Agencia IP.- Las obras en el Hospital de Coronel Oviedo, departamento de Caaguaz\u00fa, avanzan sin detenimiento.
