{"id":409546,"date":"2022-03-25T09:35:38","date_gmt":"2022-03-25T12:35:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/?p=409546"},"modified":"2022-03-25T09:39:47","modified_gmt":"2022-03-25T12:39:47","slug":"presidente-promulga-ley-para-reducir-precios-de-combustibles","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/2022\/03\/25\/presidente-promulga-ley-para-reducir-precios-de-combustibles\/","title":{"rendered":"Presidente promulga ley para que permite a Petropar mantener sus precios actuales de combustibles"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>Asunci\u00f3n, Agencia IP.-<\/strong> <\/em>El Poder Ejecutivo promulg\u00f3 la Ley N\u00b0 6900 que implementa medidas transitorias de contingencia para la comercializaci\u00f3n de determinados productos, a trav\u00e9s de las estaciones de servicios de la petrolera estatal Petropar.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El presidente de la Rep\u00fablica, Mario Abdo Ben\u00edtez firm\u00f3 este viernes la ley de compensaci\u00f3n a Petropar, que contempla medidas transitorias de contingencia para la comercializaci\u00f3n del Di\u00e9sel\/Gasoil Tipo III y Nafta 93 Octanos por Petropar, mediante sus estaciones de servicios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al respecto, el viceministro de Hacienda, Ivan Haas, explic\u00f3 que hoy Petropar est\u00e1 vendiendo a precios inferiores que el sector privado gracias al stock que dispone actualmente, sin embargo, para las nuevas partidas que llegar\u00e1n a precios actualizados y superiores, la petrolera estatal tendr\u00e1 que vender por debajo de los costos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEsta ley estipula que el Tesoro va a reponer esa diferencia a Petropar en el que va a incurrir la petrolera para poder vender con esos precios que est\u00e1 teniendo hoy\u00bb, indic\u00f3 este viernes en entrevista a la radioemisora 730 AM.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Respecto a los pagos, precis\u00f3 que manejan dos posibilidades, podr\u00eda ser de manera quincenal o mensual teniendo como base el producto vendido. \u00abAc\u00e1 hay que ser claros. Estos datos son perfectamente cruzables.
