{"id":409956,"date":"2022-03-29T09:27:45","date_gmt":"2022-03-29T13:27:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/?p=409956"},"modified":"2022-03-29T10:23:46","modified_gmt":"2022-03-29T14:23:46","slug":"set-prorroga-el-plazo-para-la-presentacion-de-los-estados-financieros","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/2022\/03\/29\/set-prorroga-el-plazo-para-la-presentacion-de-los-estados-financieros\/","title":{"rendered":"SET prorroga el plazo para la presentaci\u00f3n de los estados financieros"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>Asunci\u00f3n, Agencia IP.-<\/strong> <\/em>La Subsecretar\u00eda de Estado de Tributaci\u00f3n (SET) prorrog\u00f3 excepcionalmente el plazo para la presentaci\u00f3n de los estados financieros de los contribuyentes del Impuesto a la Renta Empresarial (IRE) que liquidan dicho impuesto por el R\u00e9gimen General.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La SET mediante la Resoluci\u00f3n General N\u00b0 113\/2022 busca alivianar la carga de los contribuyentes afectados y con ello evitar la generaci\u00f3n de incumplimientos que conllevan la aplicaci\u00f3n de sanciones tributarias.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo a la normativa, los informes de estados financieros correspondientes al ejercicio fiscal cerrado al 31 de diciembre de 2021, podr\u00e1n presentarse hasta el mes de junio del 2022, de acuerdo al Calendario de Vencimiento de las Declaraciones Juradas Informativas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los plazos para la presentaci\u00f3n de los Estados Financieros para aquellos contribuyentes del IRE con fecha de cierre en los meses abril y junio de 2022 se mantendr\u00e1n invariables, informo la SET.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los interesados en consultar la Resoluci\u00f3n General N\u00b0 113\/2022 pueden hacerlo a trav\u00e9s de la p\u00e1gina web <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.set.gov.py\/portal\/PARAGUAY-SET\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.set.gov.py<\/a><\/strong>, en la secci\u00f3n Normativas \/ Resoluciones \/ 2022.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-409972 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/set.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"547\" height=\"80\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Asunci\u00f3n, Agencia IP.- La Subsecretar\u00eda de Estado de Tributaci\u00f3n (SET) prorrog\u00f3 excepcionalmente el plazo para la presentaci\u00f3n de los estados financieros de los contribuyentes del Impuesto a la Renta Empresarial (IRE) que liquidan dicho impuesto por el R\u00e9gimen General.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":23,"featured_media":255560,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[9],"tags":[9626,411,362],"class_list":["post-409956","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-economia","tag-estados-financieros","tag-prorroga","tag-set"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.7 -
