participaci\u00f3n y rotundo apoyo a L\u00f3pez Obrador en el referendo en M\u00e9xico"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>Ciudad de M\u00e9xico.-<\/strong><\/em>Los mexicanos votaron, en el primer referendo revocatorio de la historia del pa\u00eds, la continuidad o no en su cargo del presidente Andr\u00e9s L\u00f3pez Obrador a la mitad de su mandato.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tal como se anticipaba, la elecci\u00f3n result\u00f3 un espaldarazo al mandatario, pero con una escasa participaci\u00f3n, muy por debajo del m\u00ednimo constitucional requerido para que el resultado fuera vinculante.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los c\u00f3mputos oficiales se\u00f1alaban que 90,13% se pronunci\u00f3 a favor de la continuidad del jefe del Estado y 8,43% prefiri\u00f3 la revocaci\u00f3n, con 1,45% de votos nulos cuando se hab\u00edan computado 17,55% de las actas de los centros de votaci\u00f3n, inform\u00f3 el Instituto Nacional Electoral (INE) en su sitio web.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las actas computadas inclu\u00edan los votos de 2,56% de todos los ciudadanos empadronados, lo que permit\u00eda proyectar una participaci\u00f3n inferior a 15%, insuficiente para considerar vinculante el resultado de la consulta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cQue nadie olvide que el pueblo es el que manda, el pueblo pone y el pueblo quita\u201d, dijo L\u00f3pez Obrador ante la prensa tras votar en el Museo de Arte de la Secretar\u00eda de Hacienda, a unos pasos del palacio presidencial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cQue nadie olvide que el pueblo es el que manda, el pueblo pone y el pueblo quita\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">AMLO, como es conocido por las iniciales de su nombre, logr\u00f3 que la consulta fuera incluida en la Constituci\u00f3n en 2019 como un ant\u00eddoto contra \u201cmalos gobiernos\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cNos va a ayudar a que nadie en ning\u00fan nivel en la escala se sienta absoluto\u201d, a\u00f1adi\u00f3 el gobernante, elegido por seis a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La consulta fue impulsada por el propio L\u00f3pez Obrador, que en las encuestas tiene 60% de imagen positiva.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No obstante, y tal como lo hab\u00eda anunciado d\u00edas atr\u00e1s, el jefe del Estado anul\u00f3 su voto al escribir en la boleta la frase \u201cViva Zapata\u201d, en alusi\u00f3n a Emiliano Zapata, uno de los caudillos de la Revoluci\u00f3n Mexicana de principios del siglo XX.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cNo puedo votar ni por una cosa ni por la otra, pero s\u00ed tengo que ir a votar, porque un dem\u00f3crata tiene que participar siempre cuando se trata de tomar decisiones\u201d, explic\u00f3 entonces.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sondeos previos mostraron que la continuidad del mandatario de izquierda podr\u00eda alcanzar hasta 70% de los votos de hoy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sin embargo, las mismas encuestas indicaron que la participaci\u00f3n en el referendo ser\u00eda baja, de entre 13% y 16% de las personas habilitadas a votar, y no alcanzar\u00eda los 37 millones de electores necesarios, equivalentes a 40% del padr\u00f3n, para que el resultado sea vinculante.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ese hecho, por s\u00ed solo, ratificar\u00eda en el cargo al presidente, de 68 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Acaso por eso, L\u00f3pez Obrador exhort\u00f3 a los ciudadanos a que concurrieran a las urnas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEl mejor sistema pol\u00edtico es la democracia, no hay algo mejor, y es una forma de vida; tiene que haber democracia por siempre, en la familia, en la escuela, en el trabajo, en los sindicatos, y desde luego en la vida p\u00fablica; hay que participar\u201d, dijo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cLa jornada est\u00e1 siendo exitosa\u201d, afirm\u00f3 el presidente del Instituto Nacional Electoral (INE), Lorenzo C\u00f3rdova, en su primer balance, pero evit\u00f3 reportar datos sobre el nivel de participaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En M\u00e9xico, de 126 millones de habitantes y m\u00e1s de 92 millones empadronados, el voto no es obligatorio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las urnas se cerraron a las 18 del domingo en todo el pa\u00eds (entre las 20 y las 22 en la Argentina, seg\u00fan los tres husos horarios vigentes en M\u00e9xico).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El INE comenz\u00f3 a publicar resultados en su web una vez que cerraron los centros de votaci\u00f3n en el extremo oriental del pa\u00eds, a las 22 hora argentina.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201c\u00a1AMLO, no est\u00e1s solo!\u201d, rezaban algunos de las pocos carteles desplegados en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, seg\u00fan la agencia de noticias AFP.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201c\u00a1Terminas y te vas!\u201d y \u201c\u00a1Urnas vac\u00edas!\u201d, respondieron en redes sociales pol\u00edticos opositores y usuarios que llamaron a la abstenci\u00f3n, alegando que el referendo es solo un acto de \u201cpropaganda\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la boleta de votaci\u00f3n se pregunt\u00f3 a los electores: \u201c\u00bfEst\u00e1s de acuerdo en que a Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador, presidente de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, se le revoque el mandato por p\u00e9rdida de confianza o siga en la Presidencia de la Rep\u00fablica hasta que termine su periodo?\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El referendo revocatorio fue incorporado a la Constituci\u00f3n en 2019 por iniciativa del presidente, l\u00edder del partido Morena.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las firmas para convocarlo fueron mayoritariamente de seguidores oficialistas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El presidente acusa al INE de sabotear el referendo en complicidad con \u201clos conservadores\u201d (como llama a la oposici\u00f3n), por lo que anunci\u00f3 una reforma para que sus integrantes y los del tribunal electoral sean elegidos por voto popular y no por la C\u00e1mara de Diputados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El INE, que reclam\u00f3 sin \u00e9xito mayor presupuesto, dijo que instalar\u00eda unos 57.500 puestos de votaci\u00f3n contra los 161.000 de una elecci\u00f3n federal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En una jornada muy tranquila, el incidente m\u00e1s novedoso fue que el jefe de la misi\u00f3n de observadores de la Organizaci\u00f3n de Estados Americanos (OEA), el peruano Fernando Tuesta, dio positivo en coronavirus y debi\u00f3 aislarse inmediatamente, lo mismo que una persona de su equipo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ambos estaban \u201cbien\u201d, bajo supervisi\u00f3n m\u00e9dica y observando \u201clos protocolos de cuidados establecidos por el gobierno\u201d, seg\u00fan fuentes de la OEA citadas por
