{"id":412350,"date":"2022-04-12T14:56:13","date_gmt":"2022-04-12T18:56:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/?p=412350"},"modified":"2022-04-12T14:59:47","modified_gmt":"2022-04-12T18:59:47","slug":"ejecutivo-promulga-derogacion-de-subsidio-a-petropar-por-venta-de-combustibles-a-precios-preferenciales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/2022\/04\/12\/ejecutivo-promulga-derogacion-de-subsidio-a-petropar-por-venta-de-combustibles-a-precios-preferenciales\/","title":{"rendered":"Ejecutivo promulga derogaci\u00f3n de subsidio a Petropar por venta de combustibles a precios preferenciales"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>Asunci\u00f3n, Agencia IP.- <\/em><\/strong>El Poder Ejecutivo promulg\u00f3 la derogaci\u00f3n del r\u00e9gimen de pagos compensatorios a Petropar por la venta de los combustibles Diesel Tipo III y Nafta 93 Octanos a precios bajos.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Ley 6.900\/22 fue derogada ayer lunes por ambas c\u00e1maras del Congreso, en dos sesiones extraordinarias durante la tarde.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La medida fue promulgada inicialmente el 25 de marzo con el objetivo de mitigar el impacto de la suba internacional de los combustibles en el mercado local, en donde adem\u00e1s se autoriz\u00f3 a Petropar la negociaci\u00f3n de forma directa con importadores internacionales y la suspensi\u00f3n de cupos de combustibles para autoridades parlamentarias.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/ejecutivo-presenta-al-congreso-proyecto-del-fondo-de-estabilizacion-de-precios-del-combustible\/\">propuesta inicial del Poder Ejecutivo<\/a><\/strong> fue la creaci\u00f3n de un fondo que compense por igual a empresas del sector p\u00fablico y privado, por los precios preferenciales. Sin embargo, tras la oposici\u00f3n de senadores y gremios de camioneros por el financiamiento del fondo, se aprob\u00f3 en su lugar la compensaci\u00f3n a la estatal Petropar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El nuevo r\u00e9gimen de subsidio gener\u00f3 la oposici\u00f3n del sector privado, que llev\u00f3 incluso a una medida de fuerza de funcionarios de importadoras de combustibles, que cerraron, entre ayer y hoy, el acceso a la planta distribuidora de Petropar de forma intermitente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Desde el Ejecutivo se solicit\u00f3 la derogaci\u00f3n de la ley y el rechazo del proyecto del fondo para la estabilizaci\u00f3n de precios, que se encontraba en estudio en el Congreso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Autoridades del Ejecutivo informaron que tras la Semana Santa est\u00e1 prevista una mesa de di\u00e1logo con importadores de combustibles de ambos sectores, gremios de camioneros, y otros sectores afectados por la suba de combustibles, de manera a consensuar una medida para estabilizar los precios en el corto plazo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Asunci\u00f3n, Agencia IP.- El Poder Ejecutivo promulg\u00f3 la derogaci\u00f3n del r\u00e9gimen de pagos compensatorios a Petropar por la venta de los combustibles Diesel Tipo III y Nafta 93 Octanos a precios bajos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":22,"featured_media":408206,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[6],"tags":[581,5474],"class_list":{"0":"post-412350","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-politica","8":"tag-poder-ejecutivo","9":"tag-suba-de-combustibles"},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
