{"id":421667,"date":"2022-06-27T10:33:40","date_gmt":"2022-06-27T14:33:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/?p=421667"},"modified":"2022-06-27T11:11:09","modified_gmt":"2022-06-27T15:11:09","slug":"mic-busca-sacar-de-la-informalidad-a-mas-de-2-100-000-independientes-emprendedores-y-ocupados-de-mipymes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/2022\/06\/27\/mic-busca-sacar-de-la-informalidad-a-mas-de-2-100-000-independientes-emprendedores-y-ocupados-de-mipymes\/","title":{"rendered":"MIC busca formalizar a m\u00e1s de 2.100.000 independientes, emprendedores y ocupados de mipymes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>Asunci\u00f3n, Agencia IP.-<\/strong><\/em> El Ministerio de Industria y Comercio (MIC), mediante alianzas con otras instituciones del Estado, busca reducir la informalidad laboral de los trabajadores independientes, emprendedores y los ocupados en las micro, peque\u00f1as y medianas empresas del pa\u00eds, situaci\u00f3n que incluye a m\u00e1s de 2.100.000 personas.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El viceministro de Mipymes, Isaac Godoy, inform\u00f3 que en Paraguay 1.080.000 personas trabajan por cuenta propia y otras 1.050.000 trabajan como empleados de mipymes. En ambos sectores, el 80% se encuentra en la informalidad tributaria y no est\u00e1 inscripto en el Instituto de Previsi\u00f3n Social (IPS).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el pa\u00eds tambi\u00e9n registra un total de 181.000 empleadores de empresas peque\u00f1as, de los cuales el 33% trabaja en la informalidad, teniendo a su cargo dos o tres personas quienes prestan funciones en los sectores de servicio, comercio y construcciones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Godoy manifest\u00f3 que las dificultades de las empresas m\u00e1s peque\u00f1as, trabajadores independientes o emprendedores, pasa por los niveles de informalidad ya que ello les margina de acceder a asistencia t\u00e9cnica y cr\u00e9ditos convenientes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Explic\u00f3 que todos los programas que vienen siendo impulsados desde el MIC apuntan a fortalecer las capacidades de los empresarios de las mipymes. \u00abLo primero que desde el Gobierno se debe hacer es fortalecer las capacidades empresariales para que esa gesti\u00f3n se vuelva exitosa\u00bb, indic\u00f3.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">En cuanto a los programas disponibles, record\u00f3 que se cuenta con apoyo de recursos no reembolsables dirigido a mujeres emprendedoras y el convenio con otras instituciones del Estado que facilitan el acceso a cr\u00e9ditos para mipymes y asesor\u00eda jur\u00eddica para para aquellas empresas que se encuentran en fase de consolidaci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abEstos segmentos no pueden ser analizados de manera asilada a la coyuntura econ\u00f3mica. La econom\u00eda del pa\u00eds siempre se reflejar\u00e1 en las mipymes. Por ello las pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas apuntan a conectar las mipymes a las cadenas de valor para que se vean beneficiadas de las bonanzas que se tienen en t\u00e9rminos de macroeconom\u00edas o del motor de las exportaciones\u00bb, refiri\u00f3.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Se proyecta crecimiento moderado de las mipymes este a\u00f1o<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Godoy refiri\u00f3 que este a\u00f1o el crecimiento de las micro, peque\u00f1as y medianas empresas se dar\u00e1 de manera moderada a causa de la pandemia y la sequ\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abEste a\u00f1o el crecimiento del sector ser\u00e1 peque\u00f1o y moderado ya que existen efectos generales que han contribuido a ello. Adem\u00e1s de la crisis generada por el covid-19, se ha tenido un periodo de sequ\u00eda muy importante y eso hace que la econom\u00eda se encuentre estancada, pero con proyecci\u00f3n de una recuperaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica importante\u00bb, reconoci\u00f3 Godoy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sostuvo que lo que tienen a su favor las mipymes es la \u00abcapacidad de recuperaci\u00f3n, reinventarse y reactivarse mucho m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido de lo esperado\u00bb.
