{"id":426742,"date":"2022-08-10T09:41:49","date_gmt":"2022-08-10T13:41:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/?p=426742"},"modified":"2022-08-10T09:43:10","modified_gmt":"2022-08-10T13:43:10","slug":"gobernaciones-y-municipios-recibieron-transferencias-por-g-118-billones","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/2022\/08\/10\/gobernaciones-y-municipios-recibieron-transferencias-por-g-118-billones\/","title":{"rendered":"Gobernaciones y municipios recibieron transferencias por G. 1,18 billones"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>Asunci\u00f3n, Agencia IP.-<\/strong><\/em> El Ministerio de Hacienda transfiri\u00f3 un total de G. 1,18 billones a las municipalidades y gobernaciones a julio del presente a\u00f1o, de acuerdo con los datos de la Unidad de Departamentos y Municipios (UDM).<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al cierre del s\u00e9ptimo mes del a\u00f1o, las municipalidades recibieron recursos por G. 650.531 millones, mientras que las gobernaciones por G. 535.077 millones, inform\u00f3 la cartera Fiscal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los montos transferidos incluyen los Royalties y el Fondo Nacional de Inversi\u00f3n P\u00fablica y Desarrollo (Fonacide), que en el caso de los municipios fueron por G. 117.548 millones del Fonacide y G. 450.437 millones de Royalties. En tanto que para las gobernaciones fueron G. 108.279 millones de Royalties y G. 34.395 millones del Fonacide.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, las Gobernaciones recibieron transferencias provenientes de los impuestos, es decir, de Fuente 10 Recursos del Tesoro, por un total de G. 296.228 millones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las transferencias de recursos financieros a los gobiernos subnacionales est\u00e1n sujetas al cumplimiento estricto de los requerimientos legales establecidos en la Ley N\u00b0 6873\/2022 \u00abQue aprueba el Presupuesto General de la Naci\u00f3n (PGN) para el Ejercicio Fiscal 2022\u201d, y su Decreto Reglamentario N\u00b0 6581\/2022.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El incumplimiento de los requisitos legales obliga al Tesoro Nacional a suspender las transferencias de los recursos financieros, hasta tanto se regularice la presentaci\u00f3n de la rendici\u00f3n de cuentas e informes, de acuerdo con los plazos y condiciones establecidas en las normativas vigentes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una vez cumplidos con los requerimientos legales establecidos en las mencionadas normativas, no se requiere de gesti\u00f3n adicional alguna por parte de las autoridades departamentales y\/o municipales, o de personas autorizadas por las mismas para las transferencias de recursos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dentro del proceso de transparencia, el Ministerio de Hacienda pone a conocimiento de la ciudadan\u00eda en general que se encuentra disponible la informaci\u00f3n detallada de las transferencias financieras realizadas, discriminadas por Gobiernos Departamentales y Municipales, en la siguiente direcci\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica a la que puedes acceder <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hacienda.gov.py\/web-udm\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>AQUI<\/strong><\/a>.
