{"id":429684,"date":"2022-09-04T09:00:33","date_gmt":"2022-09-04T13:00:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/?p=429684"},"modified":"2022-09-04T09:03:17","modified_gmt":"2022-09-04T13:03:17","slug":"mas-de-80-trabajadores-recibieron-cerca-de-g-1-900-millones-tras-mediacion-entre-la-patronal-y-el-mtess","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ip.gov.py\/ip\/2022\/09\/04\/mas-de-80-trabajadores-recibieron-cerca-de-g-1-900-millones-tras-mediacion-entre-la-patronal-y-el-mtess\/","title":{"rendered":"M\u00e1s de 80 trabajadores recibieron cerca de G. 1.900 millones tras mediaci\u00f3n entre patronal y el Mtess"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>Asunci\u00f3n, Agencia IP.-<\/strong><\/em> Durante agosto, el Ministerio de Trabajo, Empleo y Seguridad Social (Mtess), realiz\u00f3 82 intermediaciones en la que se llegaron a acuerdos econ\u00f3micos que facilitaron un pago total por valor de 1.858.301.102 guaran\u00edes.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Direcci\u00f3n de Trabajo de la cartera Laboral, detalla que las denuncias fueron formuladas por los empleados por incumplimientos por parte de la patronal de varios beneficios estipulados en el c\u00f3digo laboral.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Algunas de las denuncias realizadas por los trabajadores corresponden a despido injustificado, incumplimiento de las normas de seguridad social, falta de pago de horas extras y de recargo de 30% del salario por trabajo nocturno, entre otras.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por otro lado, en materia de asesoramiento laboral, la cartera de Estado recibi\u00f3 en total 494 denuncias, brind\u00f3 orientaci\u00f3n laboral a 332 personas, respondi\u00f3 889 consultas de trabajadores y empleadores, y realiz\u00f3 1.044 c\u00e1lculos de haberes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cabe mencionar que los trabajadores afectados pueden recurrir ante el departamento de Mediaci\u00f3n de Conflictos Individuales, dependiente de la Direcci\u00f3n del Trabajo de la cartera de Estado, en el \u00e1rea de Liquidaciones, a los efectos de obtener el c\u00e1lculo de sus haberes devengados y beneficios sociales por despido, renuncia o retiro justificado u otros conceptos.
